On 23rd Nov @WhiterShaun and I are running the ½ marathon at Silverstone Run Fest in support of road safety charity @IAMRoadSmart
We are begging for donations but, more importantly, we want to raise awareness of the consequences of dangerous driving:

Great day at @LilleshallNSC with @wpbsaplayers and the new intake of WST tour members, as well as some filming with @PPFplayers.
Possibly our most diverse audience with multiple translators working through ear pieces and a growing number of female players too.
❤️💛💚🤎💙🩷🖤

A special weekend for @matthimsworth and his family.
The name B5 comes from Fraser's shirt number (dedicated to his mum) and Matt's Grandad's tank, Bramble 5, the tank he commanded in WW2.
This weekend the boys attended the commemoration of the liberation of Westkapelle.

Things we love to see and be involved in @BrentfordFCPDP x @ClarkieGB7
Brentford Academy were rapt to welcome former @England blind footballer @ClarkieGB7 OBE and @B5Consultancy to Jersey Road 🐝
David presented to our U11s-U12s about his career, then put the players through a training session incorporating the key aspects of blind football ⚽️

Great to have @MattHimsworth from @B5Consultancy with us at the RPA Academy Induction Day last week, leading an important session on Elite Behaviours and digital habits.

Yesterday @CeliaAmy and I took @ClarkieGB7 look to @BrentfordFC to do some work with the u11s and u12s.
More to follow but I wanted to share this lovely nugget …

Such a pleasure to chat to such a large group of sixth formers this morning and ask the question: Does your phone work for you? Or do you work for your phone?

From @LCFC to DJing. @HervePepe, or DJ Peps, endured many of the heartaches typical to young footballers, but he found another love, music, which has given him purpose & the adrenaline that football can give, & now he’s encouraging young players to be more than a footballer.

Two legends at different stages of their playing careers. We're lucky to know @ClarkieGB7 and @SamanthaGough19, let alone getting to work with them ...
If you want us to bring them to your club please do get in touch.

During these tough times for @TheGillsFC you might like this @GillsInTheBlood. Andy talks amazingly about his past traumas and reflects on how low we all felt that day: "see the lows ... observing them and not being them"
"This is what life could be like" Football has huge highs and lows. That is never more true than in the @efl play offs and especially when @mancity defeated @TheGillsFC in the 1999 Division Two play off final. A personal one for @MattHimsworth.
