A look at Cooper Rodgers (@2Crodgers) on the hill. The RHP looked solid in his 2 innings of work, racking up 3 strikeouts.

Grant has put on 15-20 lbs in his gap year and still has room to grow!
He will be the hardest worker and best teammate in your program!
Grant Gould @GrantGould07

Corner INF

The BEST kid both on and off the field. Loves the game, relentless worker, great teammate.
Grant will make a program better, no doubt in my mind!
Feel free to shoot me a DM for more info or reach out to Grant directly.

A bunch of guys I work with either made their college debuts or D1 debuts over the past few days
Some were great and some took their lumps
A message I shared with many of them:
“No better place to learn than in the middle of the fire” 🔥
In the facility setting, we can train velo, pitch shapes, command, etc etc etc
But nothing teaches you how to bounce back on Sunday from a blown save on Friday night like actually having to do it
Or figuring out how to get out of a jam when you have no feel for your breaking ball
Or how to stay calm and execute when your heart is beating out of your chest
You. Just. Have. To. Do it. In the fire.

Back to back Cy Young winner mixing in athletic throws in his catch play 👀
But high school and college guys are afraid to do this because [insert excuse here]
Up to 88 on the bump today too!
Keep going @cash_linder99
First scrimmage in the books, 7batters 6Ks. Also went 2-4 with a 3run double and a 2 run bomb!

Mixing in days like this during rehab throwing is a very good idea 👌
Week 3 of return-to-throw post-TJ 👇
Pulse to monitor volume / stress levels 💪
Radar to monitor velocity 🚦
Don’t forget to be an athlete ✅
Cash got after it this winter driving over an hour each way to get his work in every week.
Can’t wait to see the hard work pay off this spring!

Two pitchers working on the same thing.
Different motor preferences, different thinkers.
Different drills, different feels, different communication (sound on video)
Same goal to be the best version of themselves.
🔥🔥🔥
Throwing a hundo will never not be cool
(Yeah I know, it’s a ball)
Might even be more impressive that he hit 100 again the next pitch after the celebration

Few have his dynamic arm/spin talent. Closed a strong summer in dominant form including some of his best sliders from the circuit.
Big spring coming 🔜 👍👍
