๐ข This weekend, NFR took on the ups and downs of the Alton Towers 5K, 10K and Half Marathon! From twists and turns to steep climbs, it was a rollercoaster of emotions. Some of us sprinted like we were on Rita, while others dug deep like the depths of Oblivion! ๐
The best part? Meeting up with Frontrunners from Glasgow, Birmingham, Newcastle, and Manchesterโit had us all grinning like The Smiler! ๐ @MCRFrontrunners @glasgowfrontrun @RunnersNFR @BhamSwifts
A big shoutout to everyone for braving the loop-the-loops and making it to the finish line. Hereโs to running adventures that leave us on a highโwhat a ride! ๐

And if thatโs not enough, the MoRunning continued with a 10 miler in Derby too! ใฐ๏ธ

Medal Monday Meets #MoustacheMonday! ใฐ๏ธ๐
Did you spot our Frontrunners at the MoRunning 10k in Nottingham this Saturday? It was an important event raising funds and awareness for Movember, with a large turnout from the Nottingham running community.
From PBs to first-ever 10ks, our rainbow runners brought the usual loud and proud energy. Well done to everyone who took part! And of course, our beloved Queer Squad supported on the course, and with post-race breakfast too! ๐ฅ๐ณ๐
But wait, thereโs more! Sunday kept the momentum rolling as Alex and Ash hit the Prestwold Hall 10k, with those classic Frontrunner smiles we love to see too! ๐ณ๏ธโ๐๐โโ๏ธ๐โโ๏ธ
