Even QC needs QC. These quick checks help your #facilities team stay on track with #qualitycontrol goals.
Spot Checking Our QC Daily: Is Our Process Running? Average inspection score for the past 30 to 60 days. Does it seem within reason? Number of inspections completed. Either a number of inspections, or a percentage of those scheduled to be completed by the end of the month. Monthly: How's Our Data Quality? Random sample of inspection reports. Check timestamps, GPS, photos, etc. Average scores from each inspector. Is someone giving unusually high or low scores? Quarterly: What Needs to Change? Lowest-performing locations. Which accounts or locations are lagging behind? Lowest-performing forms or line items. Are there types of areas or certain line items failing?
