@zapier has been somewhat quietly shipping one of the most advanced and and actually used AI products on the market.
We've been working with them since Braintrust's inception and I've been in awe at the world class evals and observability flywheel they've developed.
Sharing my favorite AI updates from @zapier's ZapConnect event this AM. We just hit 100M AI tasks automated this year. In contrast to other AI tools, this is usage does not have a human-in-the-loop. I believe Zapier is the largest automated AI platform in the world.
The hardest part of starting a community is sticking with it after it hits you that it's WAY MORE work than just getting the right people together and hoping the engagement will take care of itself.
