Solon's Luke Merrick (2028, OF/RHP, @UIBaseball commit) saw big gains in his top-end exit velocity at our Winter Hitting Update. The physical outfielder posted a 99.9 mph exit velocity at the State Games in August but increased that to 104.8 mph by December at the Winter Hitting Update. Merrick would go on to perform well at the Preseason All-State and earn his spot on the 2026 Team Midwest roster at the Prep Baseball Future Games, were he would lead all participants with a 109.0 mph exit velocity. 📝» prepbsbl.com/3Ud5TPC @Lukemerrick16 | @prepbaseball
