Good shout. The ceiling void is where a lot of it unravels - fire walls stopping short, and ductwork and diffuser connections punching through without the right treatment.
🔧 Torn or painted-over seals are among the most frequent fire door findings. A strip that's damaged can't do its job when the heat arrives.
👻 Decorations are fine on the wall beside a door. Keep them off the leaf, the seals and the closer arm, and replace any seal that's been pulled.
