Recruiting Intelligence Reduces Bias. Standardized Ranking Increase Objectivity! What does this mean for your athlete? Every parent wants their child to be evaluated fairly. The reality is that recruiting can sometimes be influenced by reputation, school size, geography, social media exposure, or who happens to be watching that night. That's where recruiting intelligence comes in. Recruiting intelligence gathers verified information—game film, athletic testing, production, academics, measurable data, and position-specific evaluations—to help coaches make more informed decisions. A standardized ranking means every athlete is measured using the same criteria instead of opinions alone. When every prospect is evaluated by the same process, coaches can compare players more objectively. This doesn't eliminate human judgment. Coaches will always make the final decision. But better data helps reduce bias and gives deserving athletes a better chance to be seen for what they can actually do on the field. Logic creates leverage. Data creates opportunity. Fair evaluations create trust. One suggestion for the graphic itself: change "Standardized Ranking Increases Objectivity" to "Standardized Rankings Increase Objectivity."
