Tip of the day:
Never go to a police station merely because a police officer calls you.
There is a clear judgment of the Supreme Court on this.
For offences punishable with less than 7 years’ imprisonment, arrest is not supposed to be the first step. The police are required to issue a notice of appearance under Section 41A CrPC where applicable.
So don’t walk into a police station just because someone says, “Come over for a few questions.”
Always ask the officer to issue a written Notice of Appearance instead of relying on a phone call.
Know your rights before you enter the police station.
A 19-year-old man says women’s vulgar comments made him feel sexually harassed. And instead of respecting his discomfort, people are laughing at him. Since when did being a man mean surrendering your right to dignity?
Do women think men have no self-respect and are available for their vulgar entertainment?
Consent, dignity and respect are not gender-specific. You cannot demand respect for yourself while shamelessly disrespecting someone else.
Men are human beings too, not objects for your entertainment. Stop normalising harassment just because the victim is a man.
Happy Diwali to all the men! 🪔
To every man fighting battles silently, standing strong despite challenges, struggling through court cases, family disputes, financial pressure and loneliness.
May this Diwali bring you strength when life tests you, peace when the world turns against you, and success after years of struggle.
Never lose your self-respect, never give up on yourself, and never forget that your life is worth much more than your problems.
Stay strong. Stay united. Keep fighting.
Wishing all men and their families a very Happy Diwali! ❤️

Simple.
Dumbo is crying of being married and at matrimonial house on diwali🤡
This same tradition ki c**di feminist will never ask parent’s property but will crib for In- laws properties in divorce.
But can’t spending festivals with In-laws.
Any man who is planning to marry without dowry should park at least some crores for future, to be given as alimony.
Don’t spoil his life.
If he is expects a virgin don’t marry him.
Find someone who is ok with second hand items .
There are many SIMPs in the marriage market open to second hand sales ..
“Bro, I think I have lost my life. I don’t know how to start again.”
Yesterday, I received a call from a friend I had met in Goa almost 10 years ago.
We hadn’t been in touch regularly, but yesterday he called and started pouring his heart out.
His story was difficult to believe.
His wife wanted him to take another loan to finance her brother’s shop. He refused. He already had financial commitments and didn’t want another loan on his head.
That was the argument.
She left the house.
Three days later, he received a call from the police station. His wife had filed a complaint against him.
And just like that, a disagreement over a loan became a legal battle.
He told me:
“Bro, I never hit her. I never imagined that refusing to take a loan for her brother would bring me to this situation.”
Now look at his situation.
18 months into the legal battle:
His employer has replaced him. His repeated absence for legal proceedings affected his job.
His savings have been eaten up by lawyer fees and court expenses.
His landlord is asking him to vacate because he can no longer manage his expenses.
His family has distanced itself from him. Nobody wants to get involved.
He has an interim maintenance order to comply with.
The case is still pending. There is no final decision on the allegations.
And what is happening on the other side?
Last week, his wife uploaded a picture from a café with the caption: “Finally free.”
He showed me the post.
I asked him what he was doing now.
He said he was trying to arrange money for the next hearing and figure out where he would live.
Imagine this contrast.
One person is posting about freedom. The other is struggling to arrange money to defend himself.
One person’s marriage has ended. The other person’s life has become a series of police station visits, court dates, lawyer payments and financial calculations.
And remember, 18 months have passed without a final decision.
I have one question for the system:
If the allegations are eventually found to be false, who will return his job? Who will repay his legal expenses? Who will compensate him for the years he lost?
Will anyone take responsibility?
Or will he simply be told that the case is over and he should move on?
Because the court file may eventually close.
But the damage to a man’s life doesn’t automatically close with it.
Husbands are expected to earn, provide, protect, and stay silent.
The day the marriage ends, the same system that demanded lifelong sacrifice turns him into a permanent ATM for a relationship that barely lasted a few years.
Short marriage. Lifetime maintenance. No accountability. No exit.
That’s not equality. That’s one-sided bondage dressed up as justice.
The courts and judges’ autocracy against men always reminds me of these lyrics from ‘Khosla Ka Ghosla’
Somehow, these lyrics perfectly capture the acts of gunda-gardi by judges who feel like kings, don't follow laws themselves, and act against the common man as if they are above the law and beyond accountability.
If you are using second-hand items, obviously you are poor or low-grade.
Think twice before getting married. Check properly before making a deal.
No Seal, No Deal!
While the country celebrates Diwali with their children, some fathers haven’t even seen their kids in years.
Not because they don’t want to.
Because their wives chose to alienate them.
For these fathers, Diwali isn’t about crackers, sweets or gifts.
The father is alive.
He wants to be there.
He wants to celebrate every festival with his children.
But he is being kept away.
The most painful part?
The children are growing up believing their father doesn’t care, while the father is silently waiting for just one chance to meet them.
A man doesn’t stop being a father because his wife decided to keep the children away from him.
Happy Diwali to every father celebrating with an empty home and a heart full of memories. 🪔
Its high time to relook of by defaults custody to the mothers…
A 15-year-old boy has moved Gujarat High Court seeking protection and welfare measures under the Juvenile Justice Act, alleging that his divorcee mother frequently abuses and beats him. The teenager has requested that he be allowed to stay with his paternal grandparents, where he says he feels safe. He has also sought that an FIR be filed against his mother.
