Too windy to be on the water today so our @OLHSMotherwell crew worked on their skills and fitness in the @ScottishRowing Centre. Impressive technical progress, some amazing scores on the rowing machine and great relay racing to end the session @NLActiveSchools @SP_RC1 @active_nl

Immense day for the opening of the pontoon on the River Ayr. Our #SAYoungCarers & @ChampionsBoard1 were showing off the rowing skills they've gained thanks to our friends @ScottishRowing 🚣♀️💜
It was a pleasure to speak with Dame Katherine Grainger about #YoungCarers & the difference the rowing lessons make to their lives 🫶
