There was a point where many of us interested in serving our great nation became completely disenfranchised with the possibility of finally being able to do it meaningfully and with integrity, because of this one woman's actions
We could have made America even Greater Again
Calley Means Says Susie Wiles Pushed for Glyphosate Getting Liability Protection
MEANS: “Susie called Bobby's office and said, ‘We're not discussing this’ … and it was announced the next day.”
ROGAN: “How is that possible that something that's known to give people cancer gets liability protection?”
MEANS: “It's indefensible.”
The future of America will be decided not by who governs its institutions, but by who shapes its imagination

Starship Flight 15 is now targeting Friday, November 13
SpaceX VP of Launch Kiko Dontchev revealed the new target at UP.Summit
This is going to be one of SpaceX's most ambitious Starship flights yet, with plans to attempt the first-ever tower catch of BOTH the Super Heavy booster and Starship upper stage during the same mission
One launch. Two tower catches. A massive step toward making the world's most powerful rocket fully reusable

One of the more striking things about a spacewalk is the complete absence of sound. With no air to carry vibrations, the collisions and impacts that would be loud on Earth happen in total silence. You watch equipment clatter and bounce right in front of you; the motions look exactly as they would on the ground, yet nothing reaches your ears. The familiar soundtrack of metal on metal is simply gone, leaving a strange mismatch between what you see and what your Earth-trained senses expect.

The greatest KPI for NASA is the number of kids dressing up as astronauts for Halloween.
I still think fb event invites are the best platform currently available for hosting and planning 🤷♀️
Amaan's company, Pathfinder, was the first investment I made against Families Fund's thesis.
I believe in a future where parents educate their kids how they please and spend 10x more quality time with them.
Today that's true for about 1 in 12 kids. I see a world where that becomes 1 in 4.
If this happens, Pathfinder will see hundreds of billions of dollars flowing through their platform for homeschooling alone (and that's not even including private school, etc.).
Want to be part of the revolution? Start by reading Amaan's article.
I have never been more bullish on the future of families in America.
The Death of the Author -- reinterpreting art with a new tack -- is not a new phenomenon that started with Malfoid and Anakin.
A well known much older example is The Last Ringbearer, a Russian-language reimagining of Tolkiens Lord of the Rings as a revisionary history written by the winners.
In it Mordor is home to an "amazing city of alchemists and poets, mechanics and astronomers, philosophers and physicians, the heart of the only civilization in Middle-earth to bet on rational knowledge and bravely pitch its barely adolescent technology against ancient magic", posing a threat to the war-mongering faction represented by Gandalf (whose attitude is described by Saruman as "crafting the Final Solution to the Mordorian problem") and the Elves.
What's new now is that creation and distribution have become cheap for all mediums, and with this the idea of anyone controlling the culture just went out the window.
Imagine watching the Hollywood version of any movie when you can get the autistic peptide-maxxed version you copied from some cracked peer-to-peer torrent network.
We're entering the age of the battle of ideas, and the first and biggest battleground will be the battle over whether such a free market of ideas can be allowed to exist.
If you create and post memes, you are participating in the battle of ideas. Welcome to the Arena.
My father would not let anyone service his plane except himself. This photo was taken in Australia. My parents were the only people to fly in a single propeller plane from South Africa, up Africa, over Asia and across the ocean to Australia, and back. Nerve-racking!!!
1955 Joshua Norman Haldeman (maternal grandfather of Elon Musk) and his wife Winnifred Haldeman (Wyn) next to their single-engine airplane (the Bellanca Cruisair named "Winnie“).
Elon Musk has confirmed that he acquired the airplane from a collector and is currently having it restored to its flyable condition.
