With Ice Cube at the Hip Hop Grandmaster Awards. If you know your rap and hip hop history, you will also recognize the legend in the third picture, which is Rakim, one of the creators of the rap and hip hop movement (I am on his advisory board along with Divine). And the fourth photo is Clinton Sparks, multi-platinum producer and DJ (I'm honored to serve as the Chairman of the Board of his Global Gaming League along with T-Pain).
People frequently tell me I have a very crazy mix of friends and relationships. Do you know why that is? Because I planned it that way. My goal has always been to experience every flavor of the wonderful diversity that is the human race.
You don't grow when everyone around you is just like you. Growth comes from shared experiences with people outside your bubble, whose lives and stories are very different from yours.

Galapagos Islands! Finally! Bucket list ✔️
Yes, the pictures are 100% real.
This is the place that inspired Charles Darwin's Theory of Evolution. Home of the famous giant tortoises, and the swimming iguanas, and the blue-footed booby, and more (all in my pics here).
This place is so well preserved and protected. Look at the photo I took of the two baby seals standing right in front of me with no fear, watching a snake slither right by my feet.
Whether you are spiritual or not, when you stand in a place that humanity hasn't invaded or ruined, you are reminded of the incredible power and wonder of the natural world, and of the fact that we were given this unbelievably beautiful world to live in and to care for, with only one trip through it for each of us in our lifetime.
AI, technology, and our devices, are fascinating, admittedly, but if you don't put them all down sometime and go outside to wander in the natural world, you might just miss the most amazing gift you will ever be given.
Ecuador! Thank you Ecuador for your endless smiles and incredible hospitality (and okay fine, that Ecuadorian corn 😁).
It was a very busy week for me of speeches, media interviews, conversations with entrepreneurs, lunch with students, and more.
Ecuador is so much more than you could possibly imagine. You have definitely carved out a place in my heart, and gave me so many amazing memories. I'll be back, and everyone else should visit too.
(Interesting that I only used an AI editor to make these pictures square for Instagram, and yet it tagged my content as AI. Does AI think it owns everything? Geez! Back off, AI, lol)

We're making movies!
If you've ever wanted to be in the movie business, we are going to allow a select and limited number of investors in. Just email me directly at [email protected].
For me, this is about the power of storytelling. The chance to touch people's hearts and fill them with hope and understanding. To lift and empower people at a time when the world needs it most.
Watching our cast and crew at work here on the movie set reminds me of the magic that happens when really talented people (like this team!) are fueled by passion and purpose, and come together as one single entity to tell a story that truly captures the human experience. That's what I witnessed today.
And a note to you, too, AI. Until you've gone through a devastating breakup, or had someone in your family battling cancer, AI will never reach the depth of understanding that only comes from having your heart broken or struggling through the worst of times.
AI will help us with many things in our lives. But it will never be able to tell our story.
We started our new entertainment company to provide a business layer that allows creative people the freedom to bring their art to the world, and leave their mark on history.
I'm all in.
As a founding board member of the Unreasonable Group, I cannot be more proud to be here in the Catskill Mountains with Unreasonable and Mars, mentoring and supporting a group of incredible founders developing food solutions for the world.
In it's mission to help entrepreneurs solve the world's biggest problems, the 589 ventures in the Unreasonable Fellowship have raised over $24 billion in financing to help ensure that those crazy enough to think they can change the world actually get a chance to do it. I am so thrilled and honored to be part of this team, and to know that these entrepreneurs have positively impacted over 1 billion lives in over 180 countries.
Of course we all know and love our favorite Mars products, but what I love most is that the people at Mars are passionately dedicated to finding and delivering healthy food solutions for all.
As I've always said, the only exit strategy that matters is leaving the world a better place than you found it.

What a week, giving an opening keynote speech to founders and investors from around the world at LEAP, the world's largest tech conference, with over 200,000 people attending. I talked about what the future successful founder will look like in the age of AI, and then I had the honor of doing a closing fireside chat with His Royal Highness Prince Fahad about what it takes for startups to go global. Big crowds, good times, and a lot of new connections made.
Ok we have added a few additional seats as requested. If you want to learn how to achieve rapid growth and profitability for your company, how to take your company to the next level and well beyond, this is the workshop for you. We keep this intentionally small and intimate so that you get personal attention. It filled up quickly but some people didn't sign up in time and ask us to add a few more seats.
If you want to join us, please email [email protected]. Hope to see you there!
If you know football, you know who these guy are.
Just flew from Dubai to Florida with Rivaldo, World Cup winner for Brazil, FIFA World Player of the Year, Ballon d'Or winner, and UEFA Champions League winner.
Was coming home from a trip spending time with my friend Patrice Evra, five time Premier League winner, Captain of Manchester United, and UEFA Champions League winner.
And if you know American football, you know the friend I ran into on my last trip, Jerome "The Bus" Bettis, Super Bowl Champion with the Pittsburgh Steelers, six time Pro Bowler, Offensive Rookie of the Year, and top ten running back of all time.
Why do I like having athletes as friends? Because winners in any game of life have habits and attitudes that everybody else doesn't. Being around them challenges me to never stop pushing forward and never stop trying to get just a little bit better each day.

Then come spend a day at my Explosive Growth Workshop. See the attached flyer for details. But please note that seats are very limited (our last workshop sold out very quickly) and seats are first come, first served.
I recently wound up in the hospital and had to have surgery. The doctors are required to tell you that you may never wake up from the surgery. As I lay there in bed waiting, I asked myself “if this really was the end for me, did I do something with my life that mattered?”.
What will your legacy be when your journey ends? Another business deal? Another exit? Another dollar made? Or something that truly matters. So I asked myself the question you should be asking yourself too – what can I do, what will I do, that really matters? What will I be remembered for most?
And I know the answer for me: It’s TO MAKE A DIFFERENCE IN THE LIFE OF A CHILD.
Here I am in Austin, post surgery, with the amazing kids and young adults at the Thriveable Summer Camp Intensive, produced by the incredible Lorra Dailey and her team. If I can contribute even in a small way to inspiring the next generation of leaders, educating them and encouraging them to become heart-centered leaders who don’t see race or color or gender, who see the beauty in people for who they are on the inside, not the outside, then maybe the future is a lot brighter than the present might seem. Maybe the last little girl or boy I worked with will be the one who changes the world for the better.
Thriveable is a fantastic program for preparing our youth for the world ahead of them. These kids filled my soul with energy and optimism. At the end they all wrote notes to me on postcards. I can’t think of a more valuable thing I own.
Yes, my post-surgery stitches were hurting that day. By the joy that filled my heart was the best medicine I could possibly take.
I love being around creative people because they challenge me to think in different ways than my day-to-day work does. If you live in a left-brained world, you should make time to exercise your right brain too. Or vice versa. Watching creative people create helps me improve my own skillset and processes.
I'm at Robert Redford's Sundance Mountain Resort, spending time with people who expand the way I think about things. Just a few are shown here, including Matthew Modine (Stranger Things, Full Metal Jacket, Dark Knight), Edward James Olmos (Stand and Deliver, Blade Runner, Miami Vice), Kristen Schaal (Bob’s Burgers, Last Man on Earth, Gravity Falls), Chef Eduardo Garcia, and film director Patty Jenkins (Wonder Woman, Monster).
We gathered together to discuss how to use filmmaking and storytelling to uplift humanity and inspire people. Huge gratitude and thanks to Lindsay Hadley and the Harbor Fund, where I serve on the advisory board along with other people who also challenge me to think more creatively, such as Mark Burnett, Gerard Butler, Katie Couric, Mark, Cuban, and others.
There’s always two options in life – you can complain about the way things are, or you can be part of a team to go fix it. The Harbor Fund is doing exactly that.
COME SPEND THE DAY WITH ME!
You don’t win in business by working longer or working harder. You win by building the best team. You win when all the best people in the industry all want to work for you and never want to leave. Real leaders don’t collect followers – they build other leaders.
And I’m going to show you how.
A lot of people keep asking me if they can shadow me, join me on a business trip, come with me to meetings. When I ask why, they say “to learn more about leadership so I can reach the next level”. So I decided to create a Leadership Workshop where we can discuss your personal leadership style, strengths, opportunities, and plans for growth, in a small intimate all-day session that you will leave with a powerful personal plan of action.
Send an email to [email protected] for date, location, and cost.
These are my friends Zack and David. I want to tell you about something they gave me. Something you can’t get from exit strategies or venture funds or closing deals.
They gave me love. Pure, unfiltered, “if you don’t stop looking at me like that you’re gonna melt me” kind of love. It was a moment frozen in time. A memory printed on my heart and soul forever. When the sands of time finally slip away and your time in this life is over, you can’t take your Tesla with you. But this? I will literally take this gift to the grave.
I’m not saying your business and financial goals aren’t important. I’m just saying they can’t give you a warm hug on the day you really need one (take that, AI!). They can’t fill your heart with warmth and joy just when you thought it was all falling apart.
Success at all costs is not success. The love you share with others is.
And one more thing. People with Down Syndrome weren’t just given an extra chromosome. They were given a hundred extra chromosomes of joy and happiness. They are so often happy because they CHOOSE happiness. Everyone should have a Down Syndrome friend. These friendships are the most important deals I’ve ever closed.
By the way, Zack and David are both successful actors. Zack is the star of a movie called PEANUT BUTTER FALCON and David is the star of a movie called WHERE HOPE GROWS. I highly recommend them both.
Switzerland! Giving talks on entrepreneurship, scaling, leadership, and more, across the beautiful cities of Switzerland, where innovation runs high and the landscapes are stunning. Many thanks to the US Embassy in Bern for making this whole tour happen.
I'm in Sri Lanka now! Immersing myself in yet another country. My joy in life is exploring new cultures, learning about new people, and continuing to add to the beautiful diversity of my friends and relationships around the world.
I feel so blessed and grateful for the privilege of being able to travel the globe and continually be reminded that we are in fact one big human family, and we're all in this together.
Greatly enjoying traveling with the teams from Staynex and Hatch to discuss the future of travel in a world of AI, web3, digital nomads, and so much more.
Thank you to both teams, and to the warm people of Sri Lanka for treating me like the newest family member. Much love.
Winners don't just show up at game time.
I'm in Singapore now, with my amazing friend and former Captain of Manchester United, Patrice Evra, five-time Premier League Champion, UEFA Champion, and so much more.
Winning is not what's reflected on the scoreboard at the end of a game or match. Winning is a process. It's the attitude you start each day with. It's the commitment you make to finishing everything you start like the championship was on the line.
Winners don't wait until the game starts to bring their best. They bring it every day. That's one of the things I love most about Patrice. He doesn't know any other way.
The trophy isn't won in the final game. It's won in those sleepy mornings when you don't feel like giving your best, but you shake it off and do it anyway.
London! Speaking to YPOers from around the world at the London Business School.
Ask yourself this question - what are you really chasing in life? Too many entrepreneurs I know are busy chasing the money. Talking about their exit strategy when they've barely launched their company. How about this instead - what's your ENTRANCE strategy? How will you attack the market? How will you beat your competition? How will you perfect your product market fit?
Stop chasing money. Chase excellence. Money follows excellence. Until and unless you create something amazing in the world, you're not going to get paid anyway. So quit counting your dollars and start counting your happy customers, fulfilled employees, and rapidly increasing sales.
That was just one part of my YPO talk about leaving a legacy that really matters. It's one of my favorite talks to give.
Saudi Arabia! At the EO Spark Saudi Summit in Jeddah, speaking about the tools and habits that keep the world's most creative people endlessly innovating.
I love giving this talk because I always hope it opens somebody's mind to a new way of thinking that they can literally start using tomorrow.
Professional athletes still go to practice every single day. Business people should practice too. This talk is about the methods I have developed to train my mind the same way athletes train, to get a little bit better everyday.
To all the EO'ers who attended, thanks for a fun and engaging time in KSA.
