We finally have records from last year's election security blunders: 250 absentee ballots in an Amazon package, 500 absentee envelopes sent to a Soros-funded NGO in Maryland.
This picture shows the address where Maine's absentee ballot envelopes were sent. The investigation closed without determining why/how ballots were sent here.

Noora Abd bought these condos last year.
$2.7 million.
Cash.
She still owns them

Community Home Health Care -- the ~$50M welfare fraud indicted today -- billed Medicaid at ABSURD rates.
Maine DHHS paid CHHC $47,986,866 from 2019 through 2025. Annual payments grew from $2.97 million to $10.14 million.
CHHS collected more money for home health care (T1019) than *every other home health agency in Maine.* Its monthly personal-care population in the available 2024 records averaged about 150 people. For personal care alone, CHHC received an average of:
• $4,945 per beneficiary per month in 2023.
• $5,152 per beneficiary per month in 2024.
• $6,136 per beneficiary in its highest month, August 2024.
The 2024 average works out to roughly $61,818 for 12 months of care.
Other Maine providers’ median payments were approximately $2,773 per beneficiary-month in 2023 and $2,893 in 2024. CHHC was about 78% higher in both years. (This calculation is skewed because it includes all the other bogus agencies billing similarly.)
Based on the reimbursement rates established by the MaineCare Benefits Manual, CHHC’s payments in 2023 and 2024 were about 95% of what it would cost to provide 40 hours of personal care every week to every beneficiary.
Roughly 38 hours a week, per person, on average.
For 2024, the arithmetic is $8.47 million in personal-care payments against an estimated $8.92 million benchmark for 40-hour weeks. In other words, $8.92M was the theoretical maximum amount of care they could bill for based on the physics of time and the benefits manual -- and they billed $8.47M.
CHHC also received a $436,300 PPP loan in 2020, reporting 126 jobs. It was forgiven in 2021.
No sane person could look at Noora Abd's billing and conclude that this business was on the level.

Noora Abd, indicted today for running a $50M fraud conspiracy, is a real estate investor! She bought six condos in Hallowell last year for $2.7M.
The Way Life Should Be ... Paying rent to foreign fraudsters who scammed their way to a fortune and then bought up all the housing in your town.

Here's what the last US Attorney for Maine was worried about while MaineCare was being systematically defrauded:

After we visited their office in April, Noora Abd called to ASSURE us that Community Home Health Care was a legitimate business.
The feds disagree:
The amount of American land and housing that has been purchased by foreign fraudsters, including those using CDFI and FHA programs, is astounding.
Such a betrayal of the American people.
The truth is that if you are Iraqi, Somali, African, or Chinese, Maine Democrats will not allow you to be investigated or charged with a crime.
In Maine, the criminal justice system is only for white people, and that's how we do equity.
Everyone else gets to steal with impunity.
This is also an indictment on @GovJanetMills @PingreeHannah @dunlap4congress and @TroyJackson207 who all defended these criminals and refused to perform even basic oversight of these activities.

NEW: LA County says a sample of the Trump admin's 200 names of suspected non-citizen voters showed that 38.9% attested to being born in the US. But in a new sworn statement under penalty of perjury, a DHS official says its investigation shows NONE of LA County's 200 names were born in the US.
"After a thorough review of the immigration records of all the individuals on the County's Sample List, it was determined that none of the individuals USCIS matched to the County's Sample List were born in the United States according to USCIS records," -Nicolas Bartell, Associate Director of Fraud Detection at USCIS.

NEW: Maine closed the missing ballot envelope case without answers - records show.
A detective recovered 498 blank absentee envelopes sent to a Soros-funded NGO in Maryland.
UPS said it would need a subpoena; the AG's office determined there wasn't enough information to issue one.
The case is closed.
That's how seriously Maine takes election integrity...
BREAKING: Feds indict South Portland's Community Home Health Care, its owner and 5 workers in an alleged MaineCare fraud scheme. Prosecutors say they faked visit records to bill more than $600K for care one client never got. The company drew about $48M from MaineCare since 2019. The Maine Wire was in their office in April. Stay tuned.
Faysal Kalayaf Manahe, 51, indicted this morning for his role in a $50M home health care scam (Community Home Health Care) also runs "Decent Health Care," which has not been indicted. Additionally, he owns a USDA SNAP vendor, Sindibad Market in Westbrook.
Gee, I wonder what's happening here.
The welfare fraudsters arrested this morning assured @Seamus_Othot that their $50M home health care business was legitimate a few months ago.
Now six have been arrested for a health care fraud conspiracy.
Charged: Community Home Health Care LLC; owner Noora Abd, 37; Faysal Kalayaf Manahe, 51; Adel Al Rashid, 47; Sura Almohammed, 47; Ethar Alyaseen, 46; and Mohammed Alkhalaf, 41. All are charged with health care fraud conspiracy. Alkhalaf is also charged with lying to the FBI, and Abd and Manahe with obstruction.
Welfare scammers had $170k cash at various stash houses in Maine, along with some very nice jewelry.
Seamus Othot door-stopped them in April based on patterns in their billing that were ... suspicious.
By June, federal investigators caught the ringleaders engaged in obstruction of justice.
The indictment cites $600,000 in payments for services never rendered, but the organization billed $50M+ from 2018 to 2025.

Here was our visit to Community Home Health Care back in April.
At the time, we were following the trail of Mostafa Alahmedi, an HVAC installer in Turkmenistan who somehow also managed to be President of, or work in, FOUR different home care agencies in Maine.
Community Home Health Care and six of their employees were just charged in a federal indictment alleging that the defendants fabricated electronic records to obtain more than $600,000 in MaineCare payments for services that were never provided...

We just got the first major welfare fraud indictment in Maine.
