Thought I would share with you my favourite breakfast smoothies to get me going before a morning workout. 25g pumpkin seeds, 25g linseed, 1 banana, pinch of cinnamon, 6 scoops of Ensure Gold, 185ml of water with a few blocks of ice. @ensure_sa
