→ Median tech wage: ~$60/hr vs. $38 citywide
→ Tech jobs that don’t require a 4-year degree: ~$37/hr vs. $26 citywide
5/ Gaps remain, though. Black and Latine workers are 22% of the tech workforce vs. 35% citywide. Women make up 34% vs. 49%.
