⚖️ 🧵 “Democrats far and wide have resuscitated plans to increase the number of justices on the high court as a means of garnering decisions favorable to their party.”
Yes, Democrats are running for Senate on packing the Supreme Court. When they tell you who they are, believe them.
A slow-moving thread:

3/ Josh Turek, Iowa — Turek has signed onto Supreme Court “reforms” such as term limits and “enforcing ethics standards” (that Congress does not impose on itself, mind you).

4/ Adam Hamilton, Kansas — Hamilton has backed term and age limits on Supreme Court justices (that Congress does not impose on itself), while being shy about saying whether or not he wants to pack the Court.

⚖️ “Americans elect the president state by state, as the Constitution requires. But liberals have a plan to change those rules without amending the Constitution. After this November’s election, Democrats may control enough states to enact the plan before 2028. This is a four-alarm fire — but voters in four states can stop it.”

Alaska: pay close attention to the "Dan Sullivans" on your ballot.
Dan S. Sullivan is the REAL vote to keep Alaskan values in Alaska!
Thankfully, Democrat last-minute dirty tricks to change election laws failed at the Supreme Court.
Yes, college students have govt-issued photo ID.

⚖️ 35 years ago today, Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas took his oath to the Constitution, and has since become one of the most consequential justices in United States’ history.
We are very grateful for Clarence Thomas’ judicial fortitude, commitment to the rule of law, and steadfastness of mind and conscience. 🇺🇸
👇 Here’s what the ballot looks like in Alaska.
Senator Dan S. Sullivan is marked as the incumbent, while Decoy Dan is not.
So on top of the already confusing Ranked Choice Vote ballot, voters have to be extra careful to select the candidate they actually want.
The Democrats wanted the extra confusion!

35 YEARS AGO TODAY, Justice Clarence Thomas officially joined the Supreme Court as an Associate Justice. What a JOYFUL date in history!
He is our nation’s greatest Justice and an American Hero!
Justice Thomas took his judicial oath on this date, administered by Chief Justice Rehnquist.
He took his Constitutional oath, administered by Justice Byron White, on October 18th at the White House on the South Lawn.
Here is an excerpt from his beautiful speech on that date:
“Since that bright sunny day in Kennebunkport, July 1, there have been many difficult days as we all went through the confirmation battle - and I mean we all. But on this sunny day in October at the White House, there is joy, joy in the morning.”
As Justice Thomas wrote in his memoirs, “I was alluding to Psalm 30, which had brought me much comfort in the recent weeks.”
Justice Thomas quoted the verse in his book:
“I will praise you, LORD, for you have rescued me. You refused to let my enemies triumph over me . . . Weeping may go on all night, but joy comes in the morning.” Psalm 30: 1,5
Read his gripping memoirs, My Grandfather’s Son, watch the terrific documentary, Created Equal: Clarence Thomas in His Own Words, and the book of the same name, and read Senator @tedcruz terrific new book, Going Further, The Incomparable Clarence Thomas – all linked below.
God Bless Justice Clarence Thomas!
🤔✅ It’s so easy, the Secretary of State’s office COULD do it…
Anthony Forlini (@tonyforlini1) is running to be the next SOS and clearly knows how to manage voter rolls 👇
One county clerk in Michigan did the one thing the Secretary of State's office apparently could not be bothered to do… he took the people who answered their jury summons by saying they are not citizens and checked them against the voter rolls. Macomb County Clerk Anthony Forlini says in the third quarter of this year alone 236 people self reported as noncitizens, nine of them were registered to vote and one had a voting history, and the county's own list from 2025 and the first half of 2026 already had 40 more, five of them with a voting history.
And when he handed it to Lansing? Here is what he told the Daily Signal… "I have turned the information over to the Secretary of State's office. They just threw their hands up and said it's a county matter."
A county matter. The department that keeps the driver's license file these jury summonses come from, and runs the statewide voter file, says it's somebody else's problem. Back in January when Forlini first flagged 14 noncitizens registered to vote, Jocelyn Benson called him "reckless," and then her own office's review confirmed four of them were in fact noncitizens. Four. So the reckless guy was right, and the woman calling names is now the Democrat candidate for governor asking you to promote her.
And think about where these numbers come from. One county, roughly 20,000 jury summonses over two years, in a county of almost 900,000 people. Forlini says most clerks don't have the resources to do this and he would surmise the problem is bigger in Oakland and Wayne. Who is checking Wayne? Who is checking Oakland? This is weeks before Mike Rogers and Abdul El-Sayed fight over a Senate seat that could decide control of the chamber, Dana Nessel's own office charged five noncitizens in August for voting in 2024, federal prosecutors have charged a Chinese national and a Russian national for voting in Michigan, and yet the official line is still that it's rare and you should calm down.
How many is enough? Nine? Forty? Is one illegal vote canceling out yours acceptable to you because the people in charge say the number is small? I know exactly what it feels like to be called reckless for asking these questions, and I can tell you the people doing the name calling never come back and apologize when they turn out to be wrong. The system does not check itself, and when somebody finally does check, the people at the top shrug and call it a county matter.
Here is the reality. If your kid's school found nine strangers on the pickup list you would not call it a rounding error… you would lock it down and you would want to know who put them there.
Jocelyn Benson, you run the voter file. Cross check every county the way Macomb did, publish the numbers before November 3, and stop calling the people who find the problem reckless.
Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Great turnout today for our CUA Law RNLA lunch with Michael Maibach! Students joined us for a thoughtful discussion on the Electoral College, constitutional design, and how other republics elect their heads of government.
Thank you to @MaibachMichael for joining us!

RNLA is proud to develop and support the next generation of young conservatives in the legal profession.
Michigan Sen. Elissa Slotkin just exposed how ruthless the Left is to weaponize govt against their political enemies to discourage Constitutionalists from public service.
This is what Democrats will do once they regain power. We cannot let that happen.🇺🇸
ON UCHICAGO CAMPUS: U.S. Senator from Michigan Elissa Slotkin hopes planned political prosecutions of republican leaders will scare young conservatives from getting involved in politics.

✅ American elections are for American citizens only!
States like California need to take seriously the problem of non-citizens on their voter rolls and do everything they can to ensure only eligible citizens are registered to vote. 🇺🇸
This is the methodology behind our list of 20,000+ likely noncitizen registrants in California: data cleaning, identity matching, removal of citizens and deceased individuals, manual USCIS review, supervisory sign-off, and law-enforcement screening. Sworn declarations in today's TRO filing detail each step.
🚨That "Thing That Never Happens" just resulted in 11 MORE arrests in Los Angeles:

In 2017, Los Angeles County ALONE was shown to have over 1 million illegitimate entries on the voter rolls — dead, moved, non-citizen, ineligible. You can stop gaslighting the public, and start admitting that California has a grossly flawed system of election administration.
Let’s be clear about the facts: California has more than 23 million registered voters — the 28 cases of alleged voter fraud announced this morning represent .0001% of that total.
Isolated cases of voter fraud occur in red and blue states alike. As I’ve said repeatedly, any substantiated allegation of voter fraud should be taken seriously and, when supported by the facts and law, prosecuted.
We have safeguards in place to protect election integrity, and they’re working.
