If there is a paradise, it is definitely found in hacker houses, accelerators, @arbitrum founder house.
A room filled with high agency people, the kind of people that go all in for their ideas, the most relentless and wildest retardmaxxers.
I genuinely love this and wish it could last forever.
Robinhood Stock Tokens are live on Morpho

NEW research report from $170 billion asset manager WisdomTree today on the @Arbitrum business model.
This was shared by @WisdomTreeFunds with their clients this week as I joined their team to speak with representatives from 12 figures of managed AUM across roundtables and 1:1s in Europe.
From these meetings, I heard one theme louder than everything: tokenization across financial assets is accelerating and allocators are looking for the blockchain networks that are indexed to the revenue opportunity from this buildout.
In this note, WisdomTree tells its clients “to expect future enterprises to look at Arbitrum when launching their own network”.
They continue “until recently, digital assets did not have revenue in a traditional sense that an analyst would recognise. That has changed quickly. Increasingly, networks and the applications on them are building durable revenue."
What a room today. This is @Arbitrum and capital allocators representing over €600 billion of assets. Thank you for the warm welcome in Italy @WisdomTreeFunds.
It was a privilege to speak with, answer questions, and meet with many who joined me today to hear about the Arbitrum case for the programmable economy. From banks, to liquid funds, to private wealth advisor networks.
Over the course of 45 minutes and very efficient live translation, I made 3 cases to those leaning into the industry today:

Justin Drake’s call for “bunker mode” and mass migration, alongside talk of cryptographic breaks within months, is hyperbolic. There is no evidence of a new attack on elliptic curves or any quantitative basis for a short-term timetable for such attacks emerging.
Prominent researchers need to consider how non-experts will receive their language. Speculating that within months individuals could break cryptographic primitives that the internet and digital economy rely on carries consequences. It is a huge leap from AI making progress in other fields of mathematics to predicting the imminent failure of primitives that have faced decades of cryptanalysis.
The idea that hash functions are safer from AI than elliptic curves is speculation. Hash functions contain structure, and we model them as random oracles without justifying proofs.
There is no evidence that elliptic curve cryptography is more vulnerable to AI than symmetric cryptography. If historical human-led analysis is any predictor of the future, the opposite is more likely.
The worst possible reaction to AI developments is to rush into new cryptographic primitives, away from multi-decade old hardened primitives, because somebody is claiming they are safe. I worry that this is an inevitable consequence of the current discourse.
Because of the last 48 hours users are worrying about speculative non-existent black hats, who apparently have the capability of signing OS upgrades and forging bank credentials, from draining their wallets. To protect against speculative threats Ethereum is pulling talent and attention into base-layer primitives and technological iteration, instead of increasing demand for block space by building compelling applications users want and love.
I don’t want to dismiss the considerable advances in mathematics that AI is driving. It is important to understand the nature of these improvements. If its success in other mathematical fields applies to elliptic curves, my expectation is that AI will grind its way to finding algorithms that improve on the current state of the art. That could mean shaving off a few bits of security. It would be prudent to discuss whether we need to increase key sizes and by how much.
I can’t guarantee that AI won’t find total breaks, and neither can anyone else. My speculation as a domain expert does not make my speculation authoritative.
We should also be using AI to investigate whether searching the parameter space can yield new, more secure curves.
We can investigate whether some of these “structure = bad” hunches have any basis in reality. For example, we could use AI to see if the extra structure in Koblitz curves enables attacks beyond the small speedups we know about. This would give us actual evidence to make informed decisions.
If non-experts hear that the cryptography underpinning the digital economy could fail within months, the rational response is to withdraw all digital money (on-chain and off) and hoard gold under the bed.
I think the past 48 hours has unnecessarily undermined confidence in the entire concept of blockchains and digital money.
Glamsterdam upgrade went live on Ethereum Sepolia yesterday.
@Arbitrum Sepolia, @RobinhoodCrypto Testnet, & the @prylabs consensus client continued operating flawlessly despite major protocol changes.
Huge credit to @Offchain engineers for making a complex upgrade look routine.

USDG is live on Arbitrum One 🧵
Before joining Arbitrum, I spent years on the builder side of the table, watching teams use & create demand for onchain dollars and get nothing back from stablecoin issuers.
Now they can get a stake in the rewards without issuing a stablecoin.
USDG opens a new revenue line for @Arbitrum: dollar-denominated income tied to stablecoin adoption 💸
Through the @global_dollar, Arbitrum & dapps building on it earn rewards from ethereum:0xe343167631d89b6ffc58b88d6b7fb0228795491d reserve economics. Growing USDG supply and usage on Arbitrum gives the ethereum:0xb50721bcf8d664c30412cfbc6cf7a15145234ad1 ecosystem a direct stake in the value that adoption creates.
That adds another DAO revenue source alongside transaction fees, chain licensing, PGA, and Fast Feed.
USDG launches with integrations across @Morpho, @Uniswap, @krakenfx, @0xfluid, @GMX_IO, @ZeroDev, and more. A separate DAO proposal from @EntropyAdvisors would expand incentives and liquidity to grow USDG adoption.
why $USDG on @Arbitrum is bullish $ARB
in short:
Arbitrum recieves stablecoin rewards/economics from @global_dollar for building up TVL in $USDG
> a portion goes to the treasury
> a portion of those rewards would be passed on to some of the protocls on Arb One
so knowing that Arbitrum One currently has over $3.8b in stablecoin TVL, assuming $USDG captures atleast, let's say 10% of that, we could see revenue upwards of $11m annually if you assume an APR of 3% (a portion of that going to the treasury)
this would be yet another additional line of revenue beyond the AEP fees (just robinhood rn), tx fees, PGA/FF fees, and yield from the treasury
it's literally day 0 so I don't think it's worth gassing up the rev numbers yet, but the opportunity is massive
so bullish $ARB bc:
> growth trajectory of the platform increases substantially
> the treasury likely ends up getting bigger + more diverse
the monetization of stablecoin growth will be bigger than most people on CT realize tbh
JUST IN: Arbitrum generated a record $5M+ in revenue in September
> Monthly revenue is up ~5x
> Priority Gas Auctions (launched just one week ago as a new revenue stream) already generated $120K+
> 1.5B new transactions across the Arbitrum Platform so far this year
Arbitrum Autumn is in full motion 🍂
