I've been in crypto since 2017. Back then, nobody would even dare question Bitcoin's #1 spot. Things change. Not a prediction — I just wouldn't call that spot as safe as it used to be. Bitcoin doesn't have the same effect it once did.
For a long time it was believed that Bitcoin has no competition
In itself that makes competition an asymmetric bet
It was believed that Bitcoin would be a hard money and a peer to peer cash system that has no counterparty risk
It is a hard money, but peer to peer cash requires privacy and scale, so it hasn’t achieved the goals it set out to achieve
In a globalist AI surveillance state, Bitcoin in its current form is the wet dream
In my opinion Bitcoin isn’t shipping pro actively enough on the issues of quantum, AI, privacy and scaling abilities to safeguard its number one position
Evidently to me that says that there is a huge asymmetric bet available
All the talk about thi bet’s inherent risks are why it’s still asymmetric and the bet carries the faith in the most talented teams that exists in crypto

The fork activated at block 279,370, timestamped November 4 at 03:46:50 UTC.
Post-fork network verification is complete. Block hashes and State roots are consistent across the activation boundary. Synchronization and P2P networking are healthy, and the v2.1 runtime is active.
The chain continues advancing. No automatic restarts, crashes, panics or out-of-memory events were observed during verification.
