I can be a profitable trader, just need to work on bias, trade selection, entry triggers, patience, psychology, adjusting to new info, sizing, cutting losers, holding winners, and taking profit.
Call it cope but I believe I can do it.
Seeing all the homies kill it. Love to see it.
I see a few day types where I would've lost my shirt so need to be careful when I'm back next week. S tier setups only.
6/6, my best week ever.
Seeing the benefits of patience and being way more selective.
Shoutout to my mentors for believing in me and my friends for always supporting me.
ANYTHING'S POSSIBLEEEEEE
No trades.
I felt very hesitant to short into what I thought was support/discount region. The interactions around VAL were also not super clean.
I also didn't take the puke reversion bc it frontran 2sd, not sure if too picky there but there weren't many confluences.
My dad did a pod
"It's more about can you trade it than it is about can you understand it."
@nellyeeee joins the Insilico Terminal Podcast to talk about scalping Bitcoin with a VWAP rotational system and going from zero perp trades to trading it full-time in a year and a half.
We covered how Asia and New York trade differently, failed continuation, sizing into trades that are going against him, market orders and fees, and why he thinks anyone willing to put in the reps can do it.

Disappointed in myself.
Went too early at NYO, had a shit entry and forced myself to cut on a wiggle at vah instead of holding.
Then psyopped by asks at 84k so wasn't interested in chasing VAH longs.
Tried to get this short a few times but fumbled the execution.
Had a momentary lapse in judgement where I full closed the last trade on a small turn expecting it to go back to retest the high again.
Small W but not the best execution.
Think I should have been more patient at entry, then full TPed at VAL instead of partial. Then I can send it again at 2sd for the full rotation to dvwap.
Didn't have the confidence to send the short from dvwap either.
Wanted to close out the week strong. Could've been a decent W if I secured more TPs today.
Decent considering I'm a bullish soul operating in an unsafe bearish environment.
I'm getting better at being patient and learning when to trust myself and to be nimble.
Caught the first reversion to VAL.
Learnt lesson from yesterday, if the reclaim fails, it's probably weak so got out after partial TP.
Vindicated by the next puke but didn't stay nimble and didn't catch the turbo reversal.
Discovering a new side to patience.
Had many chances to cut this when it was clear it wasn't working but kept hoping it would work because I wanted to get a W on the board.
Easy to say I need to be more patient but it's much harder to live it. How do you get better at this?
I probably shouldn't have even taken this trade tbh.
I thought I was being patient this week with only 9 trades, but upon review I should have only taken 5 of them, and even those have LTF impatience execution errors.
The standard for patience is higher.
