Minting Max Pain was a pivotal point for me.
I was only the NFT space for a couple of months and knew little about XCOPY or digital art. I stumbled on the mint randomly on Nifty Gateway with minutes to prepare. The mint window was short. I spent most of it edging FOMO and looking for conviction. Happy I found some that day.
I ended up losing Max in a great fire in 2023 (Oblivion) and have missed him since. I think of this regularly on my walks with Odie - who may be the only dog with a Max Pain physical (powered by cc0). 💎🐾

Fiducial Markets are starting to awaken. The Orionid meteor shower is also coincidentally starting to peak tonight, ahead of the original schedule. To celebrate, the meteors are shared across the collection: the same one appears on every awake plate at the same instant.
