$ETH will outperform $SOL this cycle… I said this a few days ago and i’ll say it again..
SOL was already the obvious winner of the last run, while ETH spent years getting hated and underowned even as most stablecoin liquidity, DeFi collateral and institutional tokenization stayed around Ethereum.
while SOL’s strongest demand came from memes and retail trading and that demand is no longer uncontested either.
HyperEVM, Robinhood Chain and possibly Base are all trying to pull the same users and liquidity..
ETH has a different buyer now.
ETFs, treasury companies and institutions don’t need to trade memes or use the chain every day.
they just need ETH as the asset sitting underneath onchain finance.
imo from here, i think ETH has the bigger catch-up trade and the stronger marginal buyer..
so i just think ETH goes up more than Sol
Solana is washed.. and the days of $SOL outperforming $ETH are over
$ETH will outperform $SOL from here..
lemme explain why:
$PUMP has done almost 4x from the lows.
Pumpfun and Fomo apps are going viral.. CT is completely obsessed with copying wallets and chasing callouts again.
but barely any memes are struggling to even reach $50M
- $CASHCAT listed on Robinhood listing and is still aroun $200M
- $BASECAT listed on Coinbase and couldn’t even break $50M
- $ANSEM had one of the biggest creators @blknoiz06 on CT shilling it daily and still struggled to hold above $400M
barely any new meme is crossing $50M, forget producing another clean billion dollar runner.
copy trading made it worse.. everyone now receives the same entry and races toward the same exit.
the casino is winning, not the gamblers.
so for Solana exposure, i’d only hold $PUMP and $PENGU
otherwise, i’d rather own ETH and the ecosystem around it.
