im so disappointed with seeing so many talented folks - some even i once respected and considered great end up blatantly copying others.
lol! not asking guillermo to hire me. im extremely expensive even though i havent raised my rates in 2+ years.
what i mentioned was simple example from my work on how much they could benefit from good ux.
also, y'all are so blind! can't you see me rocking a gold badge?
conduct user testing and feedback sessions with a decent number of people from diverse groups, technical and non-technical. that will show you where the ux gaps are. keep doing it for every new feature launch too. it doesn’t need to be a big group after the first round; the point is to see how the new feature changed the flow since last time or made the users feel about whole. obviously, there should be some reward to make it worth the person’s time. that’s how we do it. any kind of platform credit should do, up to you.
at radwell, after i fixed the ux of their platform, they made $11m in fresh new revenue in the first month after release. after user testing i made many more fixes that improved it further.
anyway, this is just one common and known way to fix it. there are plenty of other ways too :)

ps: this tweet wasnt supposed to be a feedback i was just generally mentioning a recent frustration. please read before you reply. i am employed dont have time to screenrecord or send audit reports. and it is not just one issue i had it was multiple overtime. and i replied to @rauchg already i dont understand people who arent working at vercel getting triggered so much.
