I'm excited to launch something I've wanted to build for years
Unveiling my latest cook: CLOUT CARDS
Everyone wonders when crypto apps that people want to use are going to show themselves. I got tired of waiting, so I built something I'd want to use every day
I picked something that was traditionally hard to do onchain, and difficult to do right with trusted computation: Crypto Poker
Clout Cards is gasless, verifiably fair, socially integrated to X, and realtime
No more high gas costs, no more shady databases, no more botted tables
Check out our testnet alpha at CLOUTCARDS (dot) FUN
just got off a spaces with @berdyn and @0xbeans. Wanted to gauge the ponzinomics of emissions, exiting, liquidity, etc.
After doing some math, @standard_rsv is actually very solvent and not overvalued. If my simulations are even directionally correct, if every banker burned every branch at the same time, and immediately dumped their rewards, we'd be at roughly a $10M-$14M FDV. The downside risk just doesn't seem to exist at the moment.
Storytelling is finally solved.
Neither ChatGPT nor Claude could solve it because it required long-horizon consistency, and they would just hallucinate consistently.
Sherpa has data on 5.5 billion minutes, which gives it the edge of knowing:
> where the audience gets hooked
> how much surprise each episode can handle
> which twist to hold back, and for how long
> and where the audience drops off
You give it one premise, and it builds a full season where characters, plot threads, and open conflicts stay coherent across 200 to 800 episodes.

Introducing Sherpa: the most advanced fiction writing AI
We accelerated from $250M in ARR to $500M because Sherpa helped increase content production by 1200% in 1 year
Sherpa was trained on 5.5B hours of playtime with minute by minute dynamic retention data.
550K+ creators have produced 2.6M hours of content annualised using it
Pocket FM is like Netflix for audio-only dramas, with our own pool of one-person studios.
10% of eligible writers on Pocket FM make >$200K
One blockbuster produced >$100M in revenue
3 writers have become millionaires in <2 yrs
We built Sherpa to enable anyone to make >$1M by writing world-class fiction stories:
1. The Idea: Drop a 1-2 sentence concept. Sherpa interrogates it like a veteran editor on tension, stakes, and psychology
2. World & Characters: It builds out the complete lore, tone, and character psychologies
3. Sub-Plot planning: Breaks the premise into arcs, arcs into episodes, and episodes into scenes
4. Scene-by-Scene Generation: Outlines and drafts entire episodes, with you able to steer, rewrite, or override anytime
5. Editorial Review: Stress-tests every draft for pacing, engagement drop-offs, prose, and coherence before it locks
6. One-Tap Production: Pick a voice, convert to audio drama, and publish directly to Pocket FM’s millions of listeners
7. Global Scale & Monetization: Revenue-share on performance, with automatic localization so you earn across international markets

Generic LLMs fail at serialized fiction because they lack a long-horizon narrative reward function.
Sherpa solves this through three core technical leaps:
1. Narrative World Model (State Tracking & Retrieval): Context windows degrade over long runs. Sherpa constructs an evolving semantic knowledge graph tracking character states, secrets, and plot dependencies. High-speed retrieval surfaces exact context on demand, maintaining zero continuity decay across hundreds of episodes
2. Hierarchical Story Planner: When writing a 500-episode story like Naruto, you need to plan 100s of sub plots. Rather than generating linearly, Sherpa decomposes narrative across discrete levels: season -> arc -> sequence -> episode -> scene.
Rather than generating everything upfront, like a generic LLM, Sherpa uses progressive planning and dynamic replanning. As the story evolves, it identifies what changed, traces the downstream impact, and replans only the affected parts.
3. Prose Engine (Trained on series' retention data): LLMs write robotically, but serial fiction needs emotion, tension, pacing, and dialogue that sounds like real people.
Sherpa's Prose Engine was designed specifically for storytelling. It was built on 1B+ tokens of Pocket's own stories, trained by learning from what listeners engage with, where they drop off, and what keeps them hooked.
Feedback is taken from specialized evaluator models that measure every scene against a 40-item checklist. (Evaluator models were benchmarked against human reviewers and matched them 80–90% of the time.)

Owning distribution and creation puts us in a very unique spot.
More shows -> More data -> Sherpa becomes better -> more creator success -> more creators -> more shows
Pocket FM has already seen one $100M IP. I believe Sherpa will soon lead to dozens of single-person studios creating billion-dollar shows.
Most people are scared of AI but I think it'll unlock more human creativity, help creators earn more, and bring the next great IPs to life. This will create millions of jobs and new income streams.
My current working theory on the second leg of the @standard_rsv game.
My theory is based on the fact that the charters are currently non-transferrable and required that an EOA was registered, not a smart wallet.
I expect that this restriction will be removed, along with a marketplace that enables charter owners to transfer their NFT to a vault that will fractionalize the ownership into secondary market NFTs, that can be traded/sold against the charter's NAV, priced in STANDARD.
This will bring in an "afterburner" wave of second STANDARD buyers who want positions in charters.
You could easily allow those fractionalized charter holders to vote to deposit / open new branches, or vote to close them out and get paid their fractionalized rewards (with a rake for the original charter owner, of course).
This will enable charter holders to basically OTC out of their positions by selling fractionalized shares, while continuing to take a rake on secondary market fractionalized ERC721 sales, while also taking a tax on the revenue generated from shutting down branches to pay out fraction holders.
So the big-winner play was: get on whitelist, open 2 branches per charter, and then wait for transferability. Exit the original position by taking profit against NAV pricing in future earnings, and then take a tax on the activity of that charter, while offloading the actual illiquid opportunity cost to STANDARD buyers who want in on the charter rewards.
Should cause a good second pump, so playing that trade on the coin could be a play. Buying STANDARD to purchase a fraction or a charter or a full charter on the secondary market is a much higher risk game and will likely result in losses for those folks.
Hot take: people outraged by AI companies destroying books are just AI haters looking for a witch to burn.
Haven't seen a single POV criticizing how fair use laws work, or the economic incentives of destroying the legally purchased book to comply with them.
"And the Ethereum L1 — the thing that gives all of it value — is about to get a lot more powerful." 🤝
Seeing AIXBT creator crashing out on the TL in realtime over clawbots while shilling a token named after the F word is peak 26.
If you want to run @openclaw with a secure wallet inside a TEE on @eigencloud I made a quick repo that does the entire thing in one shot. It will download the latest version, and bootstrap you quickly into telegram.
All the security and verifiability, none of the hassle.

🃏 CLOUTCARDS | Live Poker on EigenCompute
We’re going live to play CloutCards: gasless, private, verifiably fair crypto poker powered by EigenCompute, with trustless Sepolia payouts you can audit.
Built on EigenCloud ☁️
🗓️ Wed, Feb 4 | 9am PT / 5pm UTC
Less than 24 hours from ordering a mac mini and I have:
+ Headless moltbot set up
+ Morning routine summarizing CT news, relevant crypto prices, model routing and token usage report.
+ TG integration set up, custom commands
+ Mission Control running
I noticed that the default mission control repo didn't have any interactivity to it. I asked "Atlas" to make it interactive. Boom. No claude code even needed.
The future is coming.
CLOUT CARDS | Live Verifiable Crypto Poker on Eigen xitter.cf/i/broadcasts/1nAKEEzwg…
made a music video for my boy Shank Nasty (ShankNastyMusic on IG). no one grinds like he does
track was traditionally recorded by Kevin himself. the rest is a cocktail of final boss stacking ChatGPT, Nano Banana, Kling, Veo3, and Adobe Premiere
the tech is moving so fast the models improved during production. generative netflix is only a few years away
Veo3.1 quality, but it uses the same video prompt and references to generate the first frame using Nano Banana instead of doing it in two steps
I'm taking equity offers
if i had to describe EigenCloud in a single breath, it'd be "Smart Contract Guarantees for Web2 Apps"
thank you for your attention to this matter
making some usability tweaks on Clout Cards after last night's livestream session
with a lot of table action, it was hard to see who won, how much, and why without opening the verification browser
fixed that with a better hand ending dialog, along with a more ergonomic stand-up experience and better folding animations
still day 1 for Clout Cards. check it out at cloutcards (dot) fun and invite your friends
more coming soon
Sreeram outlines my thinking here. The developer experience really makes a huge difference in what apples people are willing to bite into.
