Here's my current tech stack for scaling consumer apps in 2026.
It's by far the best & cheapest stack for agent-native development ⬇️

paid ads is my most successful distribution channel
it's not for the faint-hearted as you will burn quite a bit of $$ in the search for winning ads
here's my strategy:
1. make 8-12 ads (using opus 5.5 max + seedance + gpt image)
2. run meta/tiktok campaign at $200/day (all ads in one ad group)
3. identify winners (any ad doing a reasonable CPA)
4. let the ads run for 7 days (to confirm the winners weren't luck)
5. promote winners to a scaling campaign ($400-500/day)
6. keep testing new ads in the same direction as your winners on a testing campaign ($100/day)
7. promote new winners / retire old winners with decayed CPAs
you're essentially throwing money at meta until something works, then make your money back tenfold with your winners (winning ads can print for 6+ months)
i've found winners with only $200 total spend, and some with $1K+ spend
if you can't afford to lose that money, don't do it
but if you can afford it - it might just be the best investment you've ever made
i got to millions with $0 in the bank
it took me 3 years to get to this level
i made the mistake of starting from 0 while i
refused to work a job
refused to do much freelance work
in other words
i was shooting myself in the foot because
apps generally need lots of cash to grow
either that or:
- you partner up with an influencer
- you make organic content yourself
i chose to go with making content myself
which is fine but it just takes a while
it's way harder than it seems specially if
like me you don't know anything about socials
so imo the BEST way to scale an app is to
save $10k and then spend it all on
- UGC creators
- Ads
- Influencers
- consulting calls with goats (never did
this one and i lowkey regret it)
if done well this is more than enough to
kickstart your app journey
if i was able to do it i promise you
you can do it too
we've spent more than $100,000
on tiktok ads alone
this is the #1 way to scale your app in 2026
here's the exact system that took our app
from $3k to $25k/month purely on ads:
- post organically first, find your format
- set up an MMP for attribution
- push EVERYTHING as a spark ad, not just the viral ones
- one broad campaign, US only, dump all your videos in it
- start at $100/day and scale 15-20% a week
- turn off any creative under 1.5x ROAS
keep in mind:
the algo knows better than you
one of our best ads had 300 organic views
your ads should look like organic posts
creative fatigue is what kills paid ads
which is why you need a content machine
feeding the ads machine every single week
find winners with organic
scale them with paid
that's literally it

This red light was the best purchase for my health I ever made.
Breathwork + meditation no clothes every morning.
Absolute game changer.
U can get my discount code below
RED LIGHT ON THE STOMACH
Aside from providing noticeable improvements in digestion, motility, etc, the stomach is an ideal area for targets Red/NIR light therapy, because of simply how much stuff is going on there:
- Red light therapy improves mitochondrial function across all cells, regardless where targeted, but focusing on areas with substantial blood flow (ie abdomen, carotid artery) can expose circulating red blood cells)
- Red/NIR increases serotonin-triggered contractions in stomach muscle, physically supporting motility
- Bowel inflammation is pervasive, red light can help inflamed tissue recover/return to normal functioning
- Researchers irradiated mouse abdomens with red/NIR light and found changes in gut microbial composition. Similar effects have been noted with red light therapy in the mouth (where a substantial portion of your microbiome live)
- Near-infrared light increases melatonin inside cells, offering a potent antioxidant effect (particularly in mitochondria)
I could go on, but you should just try it after your next meal and on an empty stomach at night.
we literally scaled our app to $1M/yr
with mostly paid ads
and now you can literally mass
produce ads for less than $1😭
Kling 4 has the power of seedance
but its 4 times cheaper.
this is a huge opportunity
nothing is stopping you from making 100+ ads
and testing them all on meta anymore.
🤝 Paid partnership
Paid ads are cooked 😭
Kling dissapeared for 8 months
and now they dropped this killer.
And you cannot even tell its AI anymore...
I literally made 10 ads for under $5
→ 4x cheaper than Seedance models
→ yet it matches the insane quality of seedance 2.5
The money making opportunities
with this are endless.
you can litreally produce hyper-realistic UGC
winning ads for less than $1
with Kling 4 + Higgsfield MCP

we lost a $200k/month studio in 24 hours
but we've never made more money than now😭
they can take everything but not
the knowledge we acquired in the process
if you master attention and distribution
you can dominate any business in 2026
losing a million dollar business is a canon event
we're not going anywhere
I lost my $150,000 app last month
This month I’m on track to $300,000
After @maubaron and I got banned by Apple, we immediately..
within the same hour
set Plan B in motion
the skills we learned scaling to
$150k/mo did NOT get banned
→ How to build a product
with less than 3% refund rate
→ 60% day 30 retention
→ 50,000+ 5 star reviews
→ How to scale a UGC team to
150M views in 3 months
→How to scale a free product
→How to run world class ads
& so much more
yesterday collectively we
made $20,000 in 24 hours
We have been quiet enjoying life
but on November
Mau is on the way to Miami
for an absolute winter Arc

SO MANY PEOPLE thought this was fake!
Here’s exactly how to book an appointment for Apple to review your app while you’re on the phone:
- 🔎 App review in safari
- Click on “App Review - Distribute”
- Scroll down to contact us —> click appointment.
Then schedule a meeting
I turned 33 today.
It was the best year of my life.
Everything aligned: work, fitness, and my personal life.
2023 was amazing too. I’ll never forget the small success of my first startup, ShipFast, after seven years of shouting into the void.
But I was afraid of losing momentum. What if I’d just been lucky? What if I couldn’t do it again?
In 2024 and 2025, I was fighting that fear. I didn’t enjoy taking time off because I was afraid my worries would come true.
Toward the end of 2025, something shifted. I started enjoying life more. I didn’t do anything to make it happen; it just came naturally. I guess that’s a human thing.
I also doubled down on fitness, and the results are paying off now.
Now I’m at peace.
My brain isn’t racing in the middle of the night, thinking about my next project. I’m not worried about AI taking over all my startups.
I’m just having fun.
I work on whatever sparks my curiosity. I go to the gym and sometimes stay for three hours. I play video games.
I don’t want anything. And I’ve realized that happiness is peace of mind.
I don’t want much more than this: more years like this, and maybe, one day, kids.

you’re losing 30% to apple fees every month.
here’s what you can do:
> connect the funnelfox MCP to codex or claude code
> analyze your onboarding + paywall data
> provide a web2app reference (e.g. bitepal)
> create your own web2app funnel
> save 30% in fees
> reinvest what you save into ads
you’re going to save a huge amount of money.
🤝 Paid partnership
every app above $200,000/mo
uses web funnels for their meta ads
its simply the most effective
way to operate.
→3% instead of 30% in fees
on all your app purchases
→your ads optimize better
→100% attribution rate.
but until today, it was hard af
to build out a web funnel.
because all the tools were outdated
and had to be built by hand.
but today FunnelFox dropped their offical MCP
that means claude can now 1 shot
your entire web funnel.
and start optimizing right away

Your body is your temple.
So why are you constantly trying to escape?
The reason is more insidious than you realize…its because you’re afraid to die.
Your ego is an impersonal survival mechanism and the modern world is trying to kill you.
You spend all day in your head thinking of how you can make money, find a relationship, get out of debt, avoid seed oils, whatever it is. But you’re disconnected from the intelligence in your body.
Disconnected from your heart, your temple, your home.
Modernity is disconnecting you from the body, from the animal, the instinct.
Indecisiveness, worry, overthinking, all are symptoms of being ejected into your brain.
A glass box floating above an unconscious body.
You need to send the energy down. Flood the cathedral walls with your consciousness. Feel your feet, feel gravity with every exhale, return to your place of power and faith.
The Kingdom of heaven lies within your heart, not your head.

now that everyone can fake a rich lifestyle, we’re not safe anymore.
this is terrifying.
i’m gonna get scammed when i’m old.

Traveling in Europe fills me with inspiration.
Seeing a city like Rome with all these ruins and fine arts fills me with motivation. What Bueaty is it to see something great die from a lack of innovation.
Europe will forever cling to its ruins because it’s all it has. While the United States did not stop innovating.
If ur not from the USA remember you’ll never be #1
