🎉 MEET THE MIND BEHIND 100 MINDS!
Meet Israel Osobase @IsraelOsobase , Founder and President of 100 Minds Initiative. 🧡
A Mechanical Engineering graduate, Brand & Product Designer, and community builder, Israel is passionate about bringing ideas to life through creativity, innovation, and leadership.
His journey cuts across engineering, design, technology, entrepreneurship, and youth development. From building brands and digital experiences to creating platforms that give young people access to opportunities, he believes that great ideas should go beyond conversations and become meaningful action.
Through 100 Minds Initiative, he is working towards a vision where young people have access to the resources, support, mentorship, and opportunities they need to grow.
His experience also spans the Millennium Fellowship, the Venture in Management Program (ViMP) by Junior Achievement Nigeria in collaboration with Lagos Business School, and several leadership and volunteer roles.
For Israel, it's simple: build, create, connect, and make an impact that outlives you.
This is the mind behind the movement. This is 100 Minds. 🚀

"Set your priority straight" stuck with me from today's Balanced Student webinar.
Also learned that networking and volunteering aren't extras, they're part of building a full life, not just a good CV.
Grateful to 100 Minds and Divine Chukwuemeka 🙏 @100_minds and @Japa_Queen
