Pansy Panic – Draconia Denial pt 1 Morning in the Slytherin common room. Draconia: Pansy, it is morning. At least try to make yourself presentable. Pansy: I am perfectly presentable. As always. D: Then someone has hexed you. Your eyes look dreadful. P: Huh? Oh. I suppose I didn’t sleep well. D: Why ever not? A realization had come to Pansy the previous night. One she was not ready to admit, yet all evidence pointed to the same conclusion. She was falling in love, and she wasn’t sure she liked that. P: My mind was, preoccupied. D: Pray tell, by what? P: Do you honestly care? D: No, but I was being polite. P: How civil of you. The two were now walking into the hall, side by side. D: Is it a boy? P: Is what? D: Your distraction. Surely the queen of rumors has heard the ones about herself. Pansy did not speak. She only glanced at Draconia through thin slits. Never missing a perfect step. Draconia did not continue. As if leaving the conversation there. P: I am merely having trouble with a fox and a gaggle of impertinent hens. D: A fox is it? With unkept hair no doubt. Pansy froze for a moment with her ears going red. It was enough for Draconia to step ahead. A pleased look on her face. Of course, she knew. P: No more unkept as your little distraction. Draconia nearly tripped as her face went flush. A glare shot in Pansy’s direction and was met with a tight smirk. They were both silent the rest of the way to the great hall for breakfast. Neither wanting to spoil their appetite. #malfoid #PansyParkinson
