Most large crypto accounts completely avoid talking about memecoins. For various obvious reasons. While on the surface level it feels like an honourable self-regulating habit, I believe it's doing more bad than good. Cutting your community off from one of the largest sectors in crypto isn't halting their inquisitive urge to learn. It's sending them into the lion's den to find a tutor. These large accounts could instead educate their communities through actively buying (a safer meme) as a group or starting something from scratch together. Managing expectations, showing how hard it actually is to pump an organic meme, and scratching that itch once and for all. Don't ever drink. Don't ever smoke. Don't ever gamble. Every child that was ever completely denied one of these things instead did it in secret and probably overdid it. Memecoins are a thing now. They're not a phase. People are going to buy them. You can protect people or let them get eaten.
