Governor Oluseyi Makinde, Executive Governor of Oyo State and Presidential Candidate of the APM, visited Angwan Rukuba, particularly the Gari Ya Waye area of Jos North LGA, Plateau State, to commiserate with victims and families affected by the tragic Palm Sunday attack of March 29, 2026.
He stood in solidarity with the affected communities, offered prayers for the bereaved families and prayed for peace, healing and comfort for Plateau State.

We are presently in Bauchi where we will flag off the Allied Peoples’ Movement (APM) Presidential Campaign later this morning. Yesterday, we commissioned the Presidential Campaign Office in Bauchi. We are grateful to my brother, H. E. Bala Mohammed and the good people of Bauchi for their support.
