Baseball is not an equal opportunity sport. The best players play. Especially true for HS level/up. Never met a coach in my 29 years of coaching that was trying to lose. Want more playing time? Get better. So good, in fact, that you are the first name written in lineup each game.

Congratulations to @BrookBaseballMD @BrookSports for its successful 2026 season. After a series of 1-win seasons, Springbrook jumped to an 8-8 season with a very young roster. Tons of credit goes to Coach Casto and the boys. The future is bright. @MoCoBaseballLog

Watching the region semis today as I wrap my 1st season leading Gburg. We competed against these teams & coaches all spring, and after a while they stop being just opponents. We know the work they put in & the quality of the players. Much respect to all still battling. ⚾️⚾️⚾️
