The Tottenham Hotspur Women have confirmed that Alice Sombath has sustained a ruptured Anterior Cruciate Ligament (ACL) in her right knee. The 23-year-old defender, who joined us this summer from OL Lyonnes, suffered the injury during our Women's Super League match against Arsenal on Saturday. The Club's medical team will discuss next steps with Alice and following that, she will undergo surgery before beginning her rehabilitation. The club have stated that Alice will have the love and support of everyone at Tottenham Hotspur throughout her recovery. #COYS #THFC
