WEEKLY SPAM CHAIN REPORT
Weekly report of the state of spam on the spam chain (BTC).
This week, spam took up 48% (802 MB) of the blocks size and paid only 9% of the miner fees, resulting in spam paying 9x cheaper than monetary users for the same block space.
This week with half spam and half monetary transactions, I declare BTC officially a shitcoin!
And this week's Darwin award goes to SpiderPool. They managed to make 55% of their 47 blocks content pure fucking garbage the nodes will forever have to host and relay. And with SpiderPool giving spam a 11.3x discount to spam over monetary users, they got 0.03% of their miner rewards derived from spam.
Interestingly enough, it appears the bigger the pool, the more spam they cram into blocks. No wonder these assholes rejected BIP110.
“My books, business and close knit buddies will go away if I don’t still support btc, so I’ll let that fear take over and trigger me to go along with the herd.”

As far as politics are concerned, chaos, confusion and fighting seems better than any other one sided outcomes. I’ll pray for that.

Another record week for $STRC buybacks.
• $208M spent last week, representing 24% of weekly volume.
• More than $2B later, the flexible cash reserve earmarked for STRC buybacks
has dwindled from $1.59B to just $34M.
• Still failed to bring STRC back to par.
• The largest buyback week came immediately before $MSTR earnings. Convenient timing.
• Any further buybacks now require additional dilution of common shareholders to replenish the reserve.
Meanwhile, MSTR sold 1.18M shares to fund the purchase of 811 BTC and add $98M in cash, despite trading at just 0.84x market cap/NAV (dilutive).
And that’s the relevant formula, not the three alternative mNAV calculations (FD, EV, and now ‘Net’) Saylor has successively introduced. Conveniently, every new formula produces a higher mNAV just as the previous calculation falls below 1x. Three times now, and the @SECGov pretends to look the other way…
Thankfully, MSTR shareholders seem perfectly happy to be diluted again, provided Saylor can invent another formula to make it look accretive. 😅
This is the structural ceiling of a financially engineered perpetual issuance model that ultimately fiatises Bitcoin.
By layering perpetual claims, financial instruments and dilution-dependent liabilities on top of a finite monetary asset, the model imports the very mechanics of fiat finance into Bitcoin’s capital structure. You know, the fiat mechanics we came to Bitcoin to escape, right?…It turns Bitcoin from the foundation of a monetary system into collateral for an expanding system of financial claims.
The irony is incredible once you understand it: the model depends on Bitcoin’s scarcity and monetary properties for its value proposition, while structurally undermining those very principles.
Fiat and Bitcoin cannot converge. Their underlying mathematics and monetary principles are fundamentally incompatible. That’s precisely why we believe in Bitcoin. And ultimately, Bitcoin will continue to expose the contradictions at the heart of Saylor’s model. It’s pure mathematics.
Strategy has acquired 811 $BTC and repurchased $208M of $STRC. As of 11/1/26, we hold 849,327 BTC and $4.9B of USD Assets. $MSTR strategy.com/press/strategy-…

It would be dramatic and more fun to say that the Bitcoin Core fork is dying by a thousand cuts, but it’s actually only like half a dozen.
Andy Back sipping rum swizzles on the beach with Jeffrey was one of them.

Do you realize the contradiction in what you’re saying?
There are over 18,000 independent nodes and the top 1% control over 90% of economic activity. (conservatively!)
Five exchanges handled 87.4% of measured trading activity for Sept 2026.
The top three exchanges alone accounted for 70.3% of trading volume. Binance alone handled 44%.
Three mining pools produce 2/3 of blocks in the last 7 days.
One custodian handles approximately 84% of tracked US spot Bitcoin ETF custody…guess who?…it’s Coinbase!
Corporate and institutional holdings are large even before counting exchange customers…about 18% of the max. supply of BTC.
If power is concentrated in the hands of the same institutions Bitcoin was designed to make unnecessary, what exactly did we decentralize?
And if the economic majority determines Bitcoin's future, how is it different than fiat?
You gave away the ONLY power you had. You can’t get it back. You can’t “vote” your way out of tyranny.

"Accuse your enemy of what you are doing, as you are doing it." Bad actors at Core accused us of running a sybil, while they were in fact running one.
5000 Core listening nodes have disappeared since BIP110 - we can safely assume those were fake and only spun up to suppress the % of BIP110 nodes.
The overall amount of listening nodes running on the SHA256 network has dropped from 27,000 to 18,000 - roughly 33% of the network!
If we subtract the fake Core nodes from that it'd be a drop of roughly 17% which would mostly consist of Bitcoiners who migrated to XBT along with their nodes.
This image just represents the last three weeks.

Good morning/Good evening to you all. Node flips to 29.4.3 have grown to 49.6%, be advised this is the final day to update your node before tomorrow. 38.8% still remaining on 29.4.2.

$MSTR CFO just resigned. A sudden departure like that is almost always a huge red flag for any company. Think Enron, WorldCom, Lehman Brothers, etc

No, Luke is obviously correct here. You can't have a serious money if the mining pools can just decide to ignore node runners whenever they want to, or are pressured to. Again, there was no URSF, but rather just behind the scenes lobbying. Large mining pool operators chose to side with Core and Saylor and against node runners. How many times will you need to observe this happening before you understand that node runners are no longer in control on BTC? It's simply not true that XBT is highly centralized, nor that everyone needs to do what Luke says. For example, we're about to do a soft fork that Luke is against. Care to discuss miner diversity on the SHA-256 chain?
Be like CIAylor, do everything possible to steer bitcoin culture at light speed into the ground. The price cult laps it up gleefully.
Show me the incentives and I’ll show you the future. I’m always a couple steps ahead of the masses.

The most powerful computer network in the world controlled by 2 mining pools, coercible by governments or Saylor-Black rock level suits. Woke dishonest devs. A pleb army neutered by nodes that don't matter and admonished by the cult-leaders who are really paid-off influencers who can't afford the sponsorship loss, let alone the social cost, of maintaining a backbone. Yeah this is all going swimmingly. You all became the very thing we sought to destroy. Congrats. AND YOU KNOW IT IN YOUR BONES, but none of you are intellectually honest enough to admit it.
