My strawberries are mouldy and my raspberries are on the turn. Can I get a refund please?

@Tesco hello. These were delivered yesterday, best before next Sunday. Just opened them and they are mouldy. Please can we have a refund?

@Tesco I bought two tubs of sauerkraut last week. First was subpar, not crispy, but I assumed it was a one-off. Just opened second and same problem! Bit disappointing.
