update on the update: my beta is stupid busy rn so chapter 12 is still in edits but it will be ready to post when done! i also added another 3k while doing my own round of edits lmao so that one is now fully 24.5k 💀

chapter 13 is now 14k but i need to write a lot more of chapter 14 before i can finish 13 and chapter 14 is now 4k, and is what i'm actively working on atm!! all of which is to say, i appreciate everyone's patience and promise that these chapters are still coming :))
