PHOENIX, Ariz. – Today, U.S. Attorney Timothy Courchaine announced that his office has opened a case into recent reporting about three non-profit organizations registering non-citizens to vote in Arizona. The United States Attorney’s Office has already referred the matter to the FBI for a thorough federal investigation.
On Monday, Oct. 26, U.S. Attorney Courchaine also sent letters to the Maricopa County Recorder and Arizona Secretary of State expressing concerns about the recent reporting and encouraging those offices to review voter registrations associated with the accused non-profit organizations.
As a reminder, if you are not a U.S. citizen, you may not vote in Tuesday's election.

I’d like to take this moment to remind everyone that RED STATE Senator @jameslankford tried to pass an amnesty bill while the communists were intentionally filling up your country with foreigners.
🚨 DHS just confirmed 250,000 non-citizens registered to vote in only four states: California, Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Nevada.
Secretary Mullin: “Mind you, we have 46 other states.”
Proactive states working with the SAVE program already found another 28,000 non-citizens plus 400,000 deceased people still on the rolls. And activist judges are fighting the program that found them. 🗳️
These aren’t rumors. This is the Department of Homeland Security saying non-citizens are on voter rolls right now.
Citizens don’t have to wait for Washington.
Request the voter roll data, the citizenship verification records, and the maintenance logs in your own county. Compare them. Demand the documents. 🔍
