12 SHOT AT A BIRTHDAY PARTY.
7 ARRESTED. 1 SUSPECT WAS SHOT TOO.
Carolyn Crayton Park, downtown Macon, Georgia
Sept. 27, just after midnight.
A teen's birthday crowd gathered after hours.
They'd been kicked out of a Jones County Airbnb earlier that day.
Another group pulled up. Some reportedly wore masks.
Words were exchanged. Then both sides opened fire.
12 shot, ages 17 to 19.
Five were 17.
2 were critical.
Victims were driven to the hospital in private cars, which locked down the ER.
Charged:
▪ David Pitts, 24: 12 counts of aggravated assault as party to a crime
▪ Jaquez Bailey, 20: 12 counts of aggravated assault
▪ Justin Green, 19: 12 counts plus a probation violation
▪ Green was arrested for hijacking and armed robbery in 2024 and again in 2025, per WGXA
▪ Lantonio Hill Jr., 17: 12 counts of aggravated assault
▪ Ahmad Lundy, 15: 12 counts, charged as an adult
▪ Jaylen Williams, 18: 11 counts as party to a crime
▪ Williams was one of the 12 shot. That's why it's 11 counts, not 12.
▪ Aramis Tucker, 19: aggravated assault and a gun charge
All 7 were denied bond.
No motive released. But they never need a motive, do they?

A 10 year old boy shoots a 16 year old girl dead.
Police say his mother told him to get the gun.
Albuquerque, NM. Saturday, Halloween. About 4 p.m.
It started as a fight over loud music.
Elaina Gomez-Villeda, 40, allegedly knocked on her neighbors' door.
Then she allegedly punched 16-year-old Keinerlein Rangel and her mother, Susana.
Her 10-year-old son tried to break it up.
She allegedly told him to go get her handgun, per the criminal complaint.
He came back out and fired once.
Keinerlein was hit in the head.
She died at the scene. She was 16.
Gomez-Villeda allegedly took the boy inside.
Then texted her husband, "I'm probably going to jail right now."
Then called 911 and claimed she'd been "jumped."
Keinerlein's father broke her window.
She allegedly fired a gun to scare him off.
When she came out armed, an officer shot at her and missed.
The gun had been reported stolen out of Santa Fe.
Charges:
* Open count of murder.
* Conspiracy
* Child abuse
* Contributing to the delinquency of a minor
* Negligently making a firearm accessible to a minor
* Battery
* Receiving a stolen firearm
Held at the Metropolitan Detention Center without bond.
The boy has not been charged or named.
Police and the DA are weighing it because of his age.
A 10-year-old will carry this forever.
A 16-year-old is gone.

That’s what Trey Wright’s grandmother called the 18-year-old cheerleader charged as an accessory to his m*rder after she asked a judge to remove her GPS monitor and curfew so she can eventually live on a college campus.
Gianna Kistenmacher faces an accessory-to-mrder charge in the June 24, 2025 shoting de*th of her 16-year-old boyfriend, Trey Wright, in Johnsonville.
Prosecutors say Kistenmacher helped lure Wright to a car occupied by nine teens after an online feud involving 19-year-old Devan Raper.
Authorities allege Raper fired two fatal sh*ts as Wright approached the vehicle. All nine teens were charged under South Carolina’s hand-of-one doctrine.
Kistenmacher has been living at her family’s Myrtle Beach home since July 2025. Her original house arrest was later reduced to an 8 p.m. to 6 a.m. curfew.
Her attorney told the court this week that she wants to apply to other colleges, eventually live on campus and have limited social-media access for student alerts.
The defense argued that Kistenmacher has cooperated with prosecutors in the cases against the other eight defendants. The agreement limits how her statements can be used but is not a plea deal.
Wright’s grandmother, Brenda Gore, was furious.
“Gianna wants to go to the college of her choice. Trey wasn’t given a choice or he would have chose to live his life,” Gore wrote on Facebook.
She also asked why the nine defendants should be allowed to “continue to live a life of luxury,” adding that they “deserve to be in jail now.”
“I hate you all for taking away a child I loved,” she wrote. “They should be locked up forever.”
Two other defendants, Braylyn Thompson and Jaden Auclaire, both 18, were recently returned to jail over alleged bond violations.
The judge has not yet ruled on Kistenmacher’s request.

Last night, crowds up on Short Vine destroyed property, set fires, vandalized vehicles, started fights—and assaulted CPD Officers who were just trying to keep everyone safe.
This CPD Officer was beaten and kicked repeatedly. The Officer required stitches and medical attention. This video is hard to see—and this is only the end of the video—it does not show the beginning where the Officer was jumped, nor does it show the duration of the assault.
