Sad to hear @BBCCymruWales Wales Today interview with Dewi Lake where he talked about the empty seats in the @principalitysta being 'partly on us – the players'. But that's not true at all. No Welsh rugby fan blames the players. This is 100% down to @WelshRugbyUnion leadership.
Omg, the Kid wasn't truthful to his mother on the ghost chilli peppers I cut up for him to use in his noodles. She put them in her chilli after he said they weren't hot, and not a pinch. Lets say his giggling whilst she recounted the experience seems as though his plan worked.

Today is the feast day of St Illtyd - Welsh saint and cousin of King Arthur.
His school at Llanilltud Fawr is one of Britain’s first centres of learning, and legend says he
turned two robbers to stone - one still stands on the misty slopes of Mynydd Illtud, Bannau Brycheiniog.
I have been tempted for a while, presently on offer here in Newport @sainsburys for around £23, although how long this lasts I wouldn't know. The tasting will accompany a rereading of this vague memory that will surely have the veil of familiarity lifted as I progress.
Mobility scooter riders, slow the F down in public places, I am already in the club and in no rush to get about in one of those.

So the Kid, with his adhd traits came home yesterday very hungry and proceeded to eat the sweet chilli chicken that had just cooked. A first for him, and he thoroughly enjoyed....so much so he has requested that we cook the same and he has a loaf of bread to dunk in the sauce.

Thinking about the British Army’s Project Grayburn, any new rifle ought to deliver superior performance. But when you compare the KS-1 selected by the Ranger Regiment and Royal Marines to the L85A3, it shoots less far and less accurately. This is entirely due to SA80 having a 20” barrel. Meanwhile, the A3 version has become extremely reliable, even if its ergonomics and weight are not ideal. If I were H&K, I think I might be tempted to offer an L85A4 with the following refinements:
(1) Simpler bolt, bolt carrier, and return spring assembly
(2) Lighter upper and lower receiver
(3) TMH with AR15 controls
(4) User configurable dual-sided ejection
(5) LOP adjustable butt plate

Since riots are now spreading across Europe, there are some simple things any country that wants to avoid them can announce.
Anyone found guilty of rioting/looting:
- who is a foreign national will be immediately deported
- who is a dual national will be immediately stripped of their citizenship, then deported
- who is an asylum seeker or has been granted asylum, will be denied asylum/deported
- permanently banned from receiving any benefits/welfare of any kind
- given harsh custodial sentences
Announce this now and avoid riots or watch your country go down the route of France and Germany.
A mad one for you to ponder.
For the last few days my legs between the knees and my ankles don't exist. There is nothing, when I walk,I feel my hips move but I have to be careful, because the only other feeling are my toes touching the inside of my footwear.
It really is hard to explain how everything stops at the knee, just above and sort of fades into nothing as it goes toward the joint and beyond. By the time it hits the shin, even though I can see it is there, it doesn't exist from the aspect of feelings, there is nothing.
