Let’s talk about the biggest mistakes people make in the gym. The first one is confusing complexity with progress. They show up to a class, or a trainer puts them through a workout with a lot of complex exercises balancing on those balls, and they get sweaty and sore. The next time, they show up and do totally different fancy exercises and get sweaty and sore again. A year later, they realize they haven’t grown muscle and they’re lifting the same weights. What happened? All that complexity made them feel like they did something big. But doing their fancy exercises meant they were lifting less weight than the person doing the basics: row, squat, chin-up, deadlift, press, lunge. And changing it up every week made them feel like they were doing more than the person who just stuck to the foundational movements, but it also meant they were sacrificing the key to muscle and strength growth: progression. Adding 5 pounds to the same lift a week is going to make you stronger. When you do something new every day, you miss that. join.arnoldspumpclub.com/bir… It’s why when people join the Pump Club app, they do a Foundation program customized for their level and equipment. Beginners and intermediate members love it. Some people who think they’re advanced feel attacked - at first. “I need a specialized program just for my arms.” (I have never seen someone who can row heavy with small arms). “I need to train every day.” (Most people need to learn to train hard enough that they need rest before they’re ready for every day, which we do have after the Foundation.) “I’m too advanced for this.” (I just watched a guy at an app meetup who did the Foundation deadlift 770 pounds in front of me, I guarantee no one complaining can do that). People want to skip the basics because they’re hard and seem simple. Simplicity is the fastest path to progress.

AI is the best thing to ever happen to $BTC and $ETH, and we are about to watch it all unfold, here is why: As technology becomes more political, neutral technology becomes more valuable. AI has changed the risk profile of technology investing in an incredibly short amount of time. So much so that today, in the big ‘26, memory businesses cannot even be called businesses so much as strategic assets caught in the middle of a technological arms race between two increasingly uncertain superpowers. AKA: The better Chinese AI tech gets, the more investors have to price geopolitical uncertainty into U.S. AI infrastructure. The better the U.S. responds, the more Chinese assets end up facing the same problem. This is where Bitcoin and Ethereum become interesting as two highly liquid, geographically distributed, immutable assets that no single company issues and no single government controls. TLDR: They are the ONLY major assets structurally incapable of being pulled into the wars to come. “But wait..what about macro.” Historically, this is fair, because BTC and ETH have traded like high beta tech since the marginal buyer was a speculator borrowing against a calm world. But in case you have not noticed, we are not in a calm world anymore. Let’s break it down: A tech equity is a claim on cash flows, and cash flows are now hostage to policy, example: - Export licenses now set Nvidia’s addressable market. - Subsidy regimes are what decide where the fabs rise. - a single directive can immediately reroute a supply chain. Essentially, the better centralized technology gets, the more strategic it becomes and the more strategic it becomes, the less it belongs to its shareholders and the more it belongs to national interests. Bitcoin and Ethereum on the other hand, are built different (literally), they are truly sovereign, and highly liquid. Every escalation elsewhere that adds risk premium to strategic tech adds monetary premium to that sovereignty. As people grok this, the marginal buyer is likely to shift from a speculator chasing tech beta to an allocator effectively purchasing insurance against the political capture of technology. We will look back on this AI race as the moment the world changed its mind about BTC and ETH, where for the very first time, “volatile tech” changed its mask and became “sanctuary tech.“ A store of value for an era when value itself became a weapon. A return to Satoshi’s promise.

"The biggest benefit of being a Thiel fellow to me is having between 10-20 other young people who are dealing with the same challenges as you. I went to the first Thiel Fellowship retreat. My roommate was a fellow Brit who went on to found a company called Fluidstack, which, is publicly reported to be a $10BN company. Just having those peers is absolutely incredible." @Joshuabrowder What is the biggest benefit to you of being a Thiel Fellow @adamguild @joeykrug @CathyTie @arcurn @lucy_guo
