This is @3rdReece6 grandson. It is with a heavy heart to inform his friends and followers here that he passed away yesterday morning on May 24, surrounded by his loving family. He gave me one last fistbump and with some of his last breathes asked when he could have another cherry Dr Pepper. I promised him if I ever got the chance to piss on John McCains grave I'd do it, since he wasn't gonna get around to doing it himself. I hope you all enjoyed his thoughts and sense of humor as much as we did. His values and lessons carry on with his children and grand children. Thank you to those of you that engaged with him here. And to those of you who carry the same sentiments he did. We are the lifeblood of this nation and men like my grandfather are what made our country great. I'm honored to carry his blood in my veins, and grateful beyond measure to have not only known him, but to call him friend, and Pop Pop. He is no longer in pain. He is at rest. Hey! Did I miss Donald Trump declaring marshall law yesterday. All the purple hair leftists were chatting up a storm on that for the last few weeks, then today, nada?

Is it just me, but every time I see a video of a Tesla being damaged or destroyed I wonder if it turns a democrat owner into a conservative or at least an independent? I know for one I never ever thought about buying a Tesla until now. I can afford anything reasonable, including a Cyber truck if I wanted. Always bought American until my first Toyota Tundra (USA made), then 4Runners and a Lexus for wife all made in Japan. A RAM 2500 (Mexico?) for pulling a large toy hauler RV. Usually I give/hand down to grown kids or grandkids ever 3 to 5 years. A Tesla for 2026 is next. Probably the new single motor Cyber Truck coming out then with enhanced sentry mode and a direct link to the new Tesla abuser track down center powered by Gronk opening late this year. Yeah I know its a bullet magnet or fire bomb recipient at worst right now, but there is such a thing as self defense and return fire protections in all the states I live or go to or spend money in. None are blue.

After looking at the circumstances I as a former US Army helicopter pilot and Air traffic controller I believe that the Blackhawk and Airliner collision should not have happened: There is NO reason CPT Rebecca Lobach, with 450 hours, should've been flying that route, at night for an NVG recert there is a strong argument she never should've been in the 12th BN at all! For a normal unit, doing a NVG recert, on a simple, non-congested route, 450 hours is fine to be a Pilot in Command (PC). I guarantee no pilot in 12th Battalion/VIP transport is under 1000 hours, especially flying that route.  They can transport the Vice President on down, so they are HEAVILY scrutinized.   You aren't even considered an experienced pilot in the Army until you hit 1000 hours.  You'd be hard pressed to find a single Army pilot, current or former, that would agree she should've been on that route.  12th Battalion/VIP transport minimum hour qualifications are second only to 160th SOAR.  At one time, minimum hours for consideration to 12th BN was 2000 hours. So, how did she get there?  Well, she was a White House Aide for the past 2 years and used that connection to get a top-down placement in the unit. She was a non-rated pilot (i.e. Staff Officer), and placed in that unit as the XO and SHARP/EO rep.  The commander that put her as PC, on that route, at night, is losing their job!  That assumes she was even supposed to be on that route at all.  I would assume that commander was under immense pressure because of her placement in the unit, the fact she was a female AND the EO/SHARP representative. She was flying at over 300' when that route has a 200' maximum ceiling.  The impact was above 300 feet.  This is likely because her inexperience caused her to set the improper barometer pressure in the radar altimeter.  The UH-60M requires the PC and Co-pilot to input data into the flight controls independently.  The UH-60 DOES NOT indicate to either if the PC/Co-pilot data input is different, nor wrong. She was not hugging the eastern bank/flying inland as she was supposed to be doing.  She was WAY too far west on the river. She was flying at 120 knots, which is WAY too fast for that route, at night, in congested airspace, ESPECIALLY at her experience level. The flight path, and 200' altitude are the methods of deconflicting airspace.  At 200', hugging the eastern bank, airline traffic is at ~350 feet, so it is impossible for them to hit.  Helos fly under commercial aviation on that route all the time. AA 5342 requested a runway change from runway 1, landing south to north, to runway 33, a diagonal runway to land southeast northwest.  This took AA5342 of ILS landing to fully pilot controlled landing.  Some pilots prefer this over ILS. She called off ATC for visual deconfliction at 5 nautical miles AT NIGHT, which is impossible.  The ATC should've realized this and intervened.  Hindsight is 20/20, but this is basic common sense as we know they saw the wrong plane. They saw a flight taking off, not AA5342 coming in for a landing. However, her saying that technically relieved ATC of any further help. However, for 47 seconds, she never slowed down, she never turned, she just flew straight into the airliner.  AA5342, did the same, but assumed there was a competent PC flying the UH-60, so 99.999% of the time, AA5342 had nothing to worry about with a helicopter on that route. The ATC should've intervened when he saw no slow down, no turn, saw her altitude was over 300', but didn't.  Even though he was waived off, guaranteed, he is going to lose his job. Trump said DEI was involved.  The real DEI link is the 2011 Obama administration’s decision to reject 1000 qualified, high scoring ATCs because the FAA was "too white".  This killed recruiting.  The staffing shortages are directly ties to this event.  There are not people beating down the door to be ATCs, who would if after 4 years of training, the federal government rejects your employment due to race? People were confused by Trump's press conference, when he read the FAA's hiring guidance from their website. There are NOT blind, psychological & intelligence challenged people on ATC screens.  However, those people are the ATCs' managers.  Case in point, the manager sent the ATC managing helos home, and assigned the ATC that should've solely been directing AA5342, both jobs. These incompetent people in management create a toxic workplace environment, which causes already deficient ATC employees even lower. So, the DEI link is understaffing, driven by DEI decisions, which was a major contributing factor to this collision.  The other major factor was, an inexperienced female pilot, put in a position she was not qualified for, because of a previous job she held.  That is more nepotism than DEI, but regardless of the definition, it cost 67 lives!

The guardrails that are supposed to prevent the country from going over a cliff are now being used to strangle the president by leftist political activist judges directed by the corrupt elites and democrat politicians. Lawfare continues unabated through the corrupted courts. The rubber band effect is always in play in any shift from established norms. Stretch to far it will break or rebound into your eye. Not sure which will happen first but the US will be lesser for it.

I propose we rename DOGE (Department of Government Efficiency) to DDD (Department of Dastardly Deeds). You know a 3 letter agency we all can get behind now that the CIA, DOE, IRS and others are going away.

I used to have a fake raccoon tail on a fishing pole that I would cast out into the yard to exercise my six Japanese chin spaniels. I would cast it out and jerk it like a top water lure. For some reason as I watch with glee and a bowl of popcorn all the heads exploding on the left, ever two seconds because of something Trump has done in his first week in office reminds me of a old joke supposedly about the late Dr. Henry Kissinger. He was once supposedly asked by the press during a visit to Europe as Sec. of State what he preferred to be called? Mr. Secretary or Doctor? He replied in his disarming manner, " I don't stand much on formality so you can call me "Your Excellency".

So with all the un-woke corporations donating millions of dollars to the Trump inauguration would it be legal for him to cut some of that over to disaster relief for the North Carolina Helene victims who are getting kicked out of hotels in the middle of a snow storm. A few of those millions could buy enough RVs or mobile homes to house them. Meanwhile Biden is committing to covering California needs 100% with our tax payer dollars. You think with the high taxes there they would have plenty to cover their needs no? Ohh wait, the lady in charge of LA water management makes $750,000yr. so maybe not.

I am trying to figure out how the LA fires are Trumps fault and he isn't even President yet? He told Gavin Newsome that he needs to clean up the forests years ago. They did nothing. Well they did let the reservoirs dry up by not filling when they had rain. They blame the fires on global warming and create a circumstances to support that agenda, at the cost of peoples homes and sometimes lives. I will let you figure out who "they" are, but the usual suspects in things like this.

Watching the left, their paid shills and social media influencers, or MSM foaming at the mouth and running around with their hair on fire every time Trump, JD, RFK Jr, Vivick, Elon and Tulsi post or say something is hilarious. They don’t seem to know they have been relegated to background noise and no one who matters cares what they say. The premature death of the pork laden, land mine saturated CR bill is a good thing for the American people. A clean CR with current operating budgets and an increased debt ceiling is all that’s needed until the next administration gets in and tries to save this country from fiscal ruin and social suicide.
