The Pilot who crashed that plane was MALE. The woman on the radio was the co-pilot, she was NOT flying the plane. She did what she was supposed to do. And stayed as composed as one can when they're facing emminent death. People look for any excuse to be disgusting and sexist.
Weather plays a role in most crashes. Pilot errors are way less likely if people simply stop flying in bad weather. Especially helicopters and small planes.
