Karma Strikes on Oyerepa Afutuo
A woman arrived at the Oyerepa Afutuo studio seeking Auntie Naa’s help. She claimed her husband was mistreating her, had stopped providing for her and their four children, and was now involved with a fetish priestess (okomfo). She wanted the host to call the man and advise him.
However, she had brought the man’s current girlfriend along with her. Midway through the session, the situation took a dramatic turn when the man’s legally wedded wife suddenly stormed into the studio.
The legal wife revealed that the same man was her husband. She said he had abandoned her while she was heavily pregnant to move in with the woman who was now in the studio. When asked whether she knew the legal wife, the complainant repeatedly denied it, insisting she had never met her.The legal wife then confronted her directly: “You know me! Even your mother attended my wedding!”
The complainant was left thoroughly embarrassed. She had come to the show to expose someone else, only for her own past actions being the one who broke up the legal marriage to be exposed in front of everyone. The hunter had become the hunted.

A young woman appeared on Oyerepa Afutuo in tears, complaining that her husband is a chronic womanizer and that she now lives in constant fear of contracting HIV. She explained that she had planned to continue her education and join the police service, but she became pregnant and the couple married quickly. She abandoned both her schooling and her dream of becoming a policewoman for the marriage.Even after the wedding, her husband continued communicating with other women. After she underwent a cesarean section and gave birth, he was still womanizing just six months later.
The man later suffered a near-fatal accident and was hovering between life and death. Even while hospitalized, he was on video calls with his girlfriend. After the accident, his own family abandoned him. It was the woman and her mother who stayed by his side. Although the baby was still very young, her mother moved him into their house, cared for him, provided everything he needed, and even gave up her own bedroom so he would be comfortable. They nursed him until he fully recovered.
After his recovery, she sacrificed again. The child was not yet old enough for school, but she enrolled him early so she could work. She started hawking tomatoes; when that failed, she went to a galamsey site to hustle for money to take care of her husband.
The last time she saw him at home, he had objects tied around his hands, blood particles in his handkerchief, and was chanting inside the house. He has since left her alone in their matrimonial home and moved in with his girlfriend, Abigail. She has also caught him having video sex on his phone with another woman.
She says she is extremely stressed. Her husband even propositions her customers when they come to buy from her. Because of his constant womanizing, she is now terrified of contracting HIV and no longer enjoys intimacy with him, as fear is always on her mind.
She feels he has completely forgotten all the sacrifices she and her mother made to help him recover. When confronted, he claimed she has a “bad mind” and offered no reasonable explanation. Asked whether he had joined an occult group, he denied it and said he had only gone to church. He also could not explain the blood found in his handkerchief.

This is not just about these 19 children. It is about the hundreds of children who remain silent, afraid to speak because they believe ,or have seen that the system will protect the offender rather than the victim.
To Professor Naana Jane Opoku-Agyemang, Joyce Bawah Mogtari, Adjoa Obuobia Darko-Opoku and Dr Agnes Naa Momo Lartey — as women in positions of public responsibility, your voices matter. The public deserves to not to only hear you but see you championing for justice to be served !
Our children are entrusted to institutions for their safety, education and protection. When allegations of abuse arise, the response cannot be silence, indifference or a system that leaves victims feeling powerless.
The system has failed these innocent children for too long. We must create one where children are believed, protected and given the courage to speak ,and where anyone found responsible faces the law.
This is bigger than 19 girls. This is about every child who is too afraid to speak.
Justice for the Obuasi SHTS girls. Protect our children. Hands off our girls.

You still don’t believe me when I say that the NDC is a political party filled with unprincipled individuals and people with criminal conduct, whose actions and behaviour bring shame to the sovereignty and dignity of this country?

You’re going for a position within your party .A national position for that matter . Somehow the communications Director of the other party becomes your message ? What happened to telling your party people what you have done and can do ? Does @DennisMiracles intimidate you so much that within the last few days any chance you get you have to mention his name ? Foyo pick your forms, campaign and win your elections first then the national comms director can banter or respond to you.Until then you’re just another loud foot soldier 😂

The day I saw my Mum's retirement 'parkage' , I told myself no way into the teaching profession here in Ghana.
Thank God president John Mahama's 3 months pay policy frustrated me out.
Take out politics and let's fix it

NDC people will always disgrace themselves when Ghanaian politics is limited to issue-based discussions only. We are seeing the results now that the NPP has changed the game. There is no room for propaganda.
