WATCH: The first candidate forum for the #MO01 race this cycle between Cori Bush and Wesley Bell. We’d like to thank former Rep. Cori Bush for carving time out of her schedule to attend and address the issues important to voters this cycle. While we spent weeks closely working with Rep. Bell’s team to ensure he could attend — including changing the originally planned date, adjusting the evening’s schedule, and beginning to negotiate forum rules to ensure that he would feel comfortable participating — we appreciate his team sending a last-minute surrogate, following a change in the Congressional calendar.
