I work about 15-20 days of football camps each summer. Obviously some are better than others. However I feel they are very beneficial. Any time you get your big guys competing and working technique it is a great thing.

Coaches/Parents/Supporters, never forget that the intent of the this chat is to inform & help. Not to divulge trade secrets. Heck, most of the stuff were doing is the same, but there are some coaches who are changing positions and have now clue on what to do.

Q4: As the game continues to evolve, so will the drills. What drill or piece of equipment will you always do or use not matter how much the game changes?
#702hsfbchat
Q5: Big Man Camps, Hog Camps, OL vs. DL competitions, Paid 1-day specialty camps have come under scrutiny lately. Some argue they are nothing more than huge money grabs. How beneficial are these camps for our big guys?
#702hsfbchat
Q3: Do you coach your DL to change up their stance/alignment in pass rush/stunt situations? OL how do you adjust, knowing the situations are going to present themselves frequently in a game situation?
#702hsfbchat
Q1: How much indy time during spring practice are you slotting for OL/DL? What are you hoping to cover over the course of the two week practice time as we know during the season it is opponent specific?
#702hsfbchat
Q2: Offseason prep is essential for nearly every position on the field, how are you working in OL/DL specific footwork, lifts, etc. while still operating within the team's programming?
