Over the years, I’ve increasingly found myself thinking about founder mental wellness. I’m glad we've started talking about it openly. This is a conversation we NEED to have. Being an entrepreneur is lonely. Sharing a few things that I wish someone told me when I started out.

Goosebumps, really.
The enormity of this moment, of a 17-year-old Indian single handedly bringing down Korean archery dynasty, will take time to sink in.
No archer has done what Kumkum Mohod has done in 24 hours.
The best thing on the internet today. We live like kings.

This is insane. No one in history ever went sub 2 (officially) and then 2 men on the same day do.
Might be the 4 min mile of our times. Many sub-2s coming next.
THE FIRST MAN IN HISTORY TO BREAK 2 HOURS IN A MARATHON!!!🤯🤯🤯
Sabastian Sawe 🇰🇪 has just shattered the World Record at the London Marathon, running 1:59:30!!!
He makes history as the first man to officially break 2 hours in the marathon.
Yomif Kejelcha 🇪🇹 in his debut ran 1:59:41 to become 2nd fastest alltime, while Jacob Kiplimo 🇺🇬 finished in 2:00:28.
All under the previous World Record.

Is Strava writing its OWN death certificate before an alleged $2.2B IPO?
> Strava buys Runna
> Realized they mega fucked up because RUNNA doesn’t work well
> Decides to sue Garmin
> Garmin is 40% of their upload data
> Garmin wants watermark on Strava api shares
> Strava thinks they created heatmaps
> Strava API is wrapper of Garmin API
> Garmin wants API attribution
> Garmin created heat maps and segments before Strava did
> Strava suing saying they have heat map IP patent
> Strava needs original IP win against Garmin to value IPO higher
> Backfiring
> API wrapper wars right before $2.2B IPO
> Garmin threatening to pull API access from Strava November 1st
> 40% or Strava users connect from Garmin

So heartwarming to see. India not only hosted the World Para Athletics Championships for the first time but also bagged a record 22 medals (6 Gold, 9 Silver & 7 Bronze). At Kobe 2024, India had finished sixth with 17 medals (6 Gold, 5 Silver & 6 Bronze). Even more than the medals, the resilience, determination, and the joy of seeing these heroes shine on home soil was wonderful. More strength to them.

Sathiya is an insane soundtrack. Goated. Every single track is nuts. Saathiya, Chupke Se, Chalka Chalka Re, O Humdum! All in one album! How?!
Rahman at the peak of his powers. Mad blend of Carnatic and Contemporary.
PS: Haven't listened to Alaipayuthey. Probably should.
