Tclaps to Pineapple, Chef Boyardee and 2.0 OSHA to spring into action and respond to the calls for help from an 83 year old man who had fallen in his yard in the dark and needed medical help. It was 0500 before the beatdown. I hope he’s okay. @F3GoldRush @F3Nation @huck_f3

It's not a cult. But it's not not a cult.
F3 started as a few guys working out in a parking lot at 5 AM. Today, it’s 100,000 men suffering and growing together on 6 continents.
I talked to their leader, @darkhelmetF3, to find out WTF is going on.

We have to admit that we’re feeling a wee bit giddy for this year’s @F3IronPax Challenge.
Well, giddy or nervous.

The PAX came out to support Flosser after his M passed away this week from cancer. 51 PAX were in attendance at #AO_GhostLinks who ran over to #AO_HuffsSprings & added another 28 to take time & pray over Flosser & his two 2.0’s who were FNGs. #MoreThanAWorkout @F3CircleOfTrust
