It is so hard to be a @Twins fan… seriously… we have to lead the majors in blown leads in the 7th inning or later. And it can’t be a close margin. Disgusting. Get some actual relief pitching please.
🤣🤣VCU gets sent out west literally every year they make the NCAA tournament… UR makes it in for the first time in forever, and they get an east coast site. 🤣🤣
Also, if the net result of this game is that Mooney keeps his job at UR, then all the better for VCU in the years to come. 🤣
I'm not giving up yet, but it doesn't look good down the stretch. Regardless of what happens, VCU still owns this rivalry. Enjoy it if you can hang onto it. Also... if this score holds, we probably aren't making the tourney, but I will still be absolutely sick if Xavier gets in.
Absolutely perplexed how we are getting called for hand checks while our guys get clobbered in the lane with no call… 15 to 2 FR disparity. 😔

Wanna know the REAL reason why they got rid of the RPI? Look at this comparison for some mid-majors:
RPI/NET
St. Mary's: 6/19
Colorado St: 16/28
Iona: 19/76
SDSU: 20/26
VCU: 21/49
Boise: 22/29
Wyoming: 23/44
N. Texas: 27/39
Davidson: 31/45
New Mex St: 33/86
St. Bona 42/84

This is just a terrible, terrible look for VCU. Having a step stool be the only access for road announcers is terrible and it’s preventing Rhody from having a full radio team. VCU needs to fix this abhorrent situation immediately. It’s an A10 school, not some broke HS gym
Not ideal for anyone. Certainly not for someone with cerebral palsy. @TheStoneFreeman will have the solo call tonight. To the listeners, I’m sorry.
This entire thread is spot on… (from a former Peppa and knowledgeable fan). #LetsGoVCU
First off, it’s much easier to stand up and yell when the game is close…what about when you are down 20?
A thread….

It’s been a strange 18 months for sure. COVID ended the 2020 volleyball season, and my tenure at DSF, after 11 years. Fast forward to 2021... “Fall” became Spring; DSF became MLWGS. But the coaching pride remains. I’m so happy for the guys! MLWGS is headed back to states! 🐉🏐

#WorkRelatedTweet time... my partner just quoted someone else, and I’ve never been more surprised to hear an absolute fact in this industry:
“90% of my EMS calls are either Geriatric or Bariatric, but never both. Funny how that works...”
🤔 he’s not wrong there...
