Sunny Mehta is "never done" and "always looking to improve". This would certainly be another monster move. Just trying to think of possible returns in my head and there are multiple variables at work here. #NJDevils
On Dylan Larkin trade per @TheFourthPeriod:
"The Washington Capitals, Minnesota Wild, New Jersey Devils and Carolina Hurricanes are among the teams that have been engaged in talks with Detroit this week, per sources." #NJDevils
Jordan Schmaltz hears that Dylan Larkin will be traded to the New Jersey Devils
David Pagnotta reported that New Jersey has been in talks with Detroit this week working on a trade with Larkin
We’ll see what happens 🤷

Sheldon Keefe on the Avalanche game:
"In terms of the game itself, I’m not going to evaluate too much in this one.
In fact, I’m not even going to bother watching it back, and my coaches aren’t going to be allowed to watch it back.
The analytics report is going to come in, and it’s going to go immediately to the trash can unopened.
We’re going to move on and get ready for Vegas." #NJDevils
George Parros will probably fine a random crosscheck somewhere else in this game
Here is the hit on Devin Cooley that caused him to leave the game with a lower body injury.

Kurt's recap of the unfortunate loss: Fatigued #NJDevils Fall 5-2 to Avalanche allaboutthejersey.com/devils…
That sucked, but Colorado is a very good team and they can always make a tired team look like fish out of water. That's the killer mentality that you have to expect out of them.
Again, not saying Keefe is doing a bad job this year. But there's something to be said about not leaving your goalies out to dry.
I think we're at the point where if, Colorado gets one more, Poirier should just finish the game. Can't let Allen see 50 shots here.

Would be great if the #NJDevils could somehow suck it up and at least get a point out of this game. Jake Allen has been remarkable as the team hasn't looked this exhausted and out of sorts for a while.
Goes without saying that the Devils' fate this game is probably being decided in the first 90 seconds of the third period.
