Company is falling 7% on very low volume, just panic not rationality.

From a theoretical mark-to-market value of the disclosed beneficial ownership of $SAIQ at $8 the WQEY stock should be trade at $50 (Markets continue to price WQEY at a large discount). Even after holding-company discounts, liquidity discounts, and the Quantisimo contribution, a reasonable mark-to-market still points to a value above $30 Do the math.
