end of my midlands tour with @ADeedman in Warwick! Mesmerising castle and the most grand St. Mary’s church which filled us with a familiar excitement that reminded me of our visits around the wool churches of Suffolk

the aesthetic health of this country owes much to a certain Basil Spence, and I finally got round to seeing his ‘casket of jewels’ in the awe-inspiring Coventry Cathedral

The government is trying to pass a law that could silence us all. The Policing, Crime, Sentencing and Courts Bill could make the countryside a hostile place for everyone, but we still have time to stop it! Take action now ➡️ sumofus.org/dont-silence-us #SilencingBill #PolicingBill

this needs to be more widely recognised in climate activism. big business are let off the hook continually and at the same time they market and package their version of ‘environmentalism’ to the consumer.
The whole notion of your own personal carbon footprint is fossil fuel propaganda - literally! The first carbon footprint calculator was developed and popularised by BP in a $250 million campaign. Why? To individualise the problem, and let big polluters off the hook.
what a joke! this gov trying to push through the new anti-protest and anti-trespass laws and increase number of nukes. shameless chauvinism from bigoted boris!! bbc.co.uk/news/uk-56413920
