I made this compilation of clips from 2020-2021 in which Eoin Colfer floats the idea of a musical and then confirms he is working on something Fowl-related besides the books. It took longer than expected to happen, but he's been working on it for a while.

Almost 5 years ago, Eoin Colfer floated the idea of doing an Artemis Fowl musical (see clip below). Now it is happening!
Who would be interested in seeing a possible #ArtemisFowl musical theatre production some day? Personally, this idea sounds amazing.
After floating the idea in October 2020, he confirmed he was working on an Artemis project in "another medium" in April 2021 after also hinting at something new in December 2020.

If you sign into the "Disney Movie Insiders" rewards program, you can redeem 5 points for a 1080x1920 mobile wallpaper. It's a picture of the rewards program logo, which is a key, but stylized after Artemis Fowl.
The entire Disney rewards program is now defunct. Their parting message is a video including all of the key artworks they did over the years, including Artemis Fowl
