I'm so fucking scared.

⠀ ⠀ Sitting at the office desk, head buried in her arms from exhaustion. ⠀

⠀ ⠀ ❛ Not necessarily ... I meant that negativity is usually associated with evil and stuff. Kind of a lame stereotype, but it can't be helped. ❜ ⠀

⠀ ⠀ ❛ You're right, I've never heard this before ... I can give him the benefit of the doubt, he probably saw no reason to bring something like that up. ⠀But if you're pure negative energy doesn't that mean ... well, I'm sure I don't have to spell it out. ❜ ⠀

⠀ ⠀ ❛ Lanolin the Sheep, ❜ she spoke pointedly, ❛ I work in the Restoration and leader of the second generation Diamond Cutters. ⠀ Someone born from the negativity of objects like the Chaos Emeralds ... that kind of information isn't in any documents. ❜ ⠀

⠀ ⠀ After he stepped away, the sheep took a deep breath. Although it appeared that he was trying to help, it still spooked her. ⠀ ❛ Be that as it may, you and I are strangers. It would be fine if you were a teammate or friend. I appreciate wanting to help though. ❜ ⠀

⠀ ⠀ ❛ Persuasion .ᐣ What are you — ❜ Before she could finish her sentence, Lanolin was caught off guard by the other. Her first instinct was to smack him away, but she bit her tongue. ⠀ ❛ Hey, watch it .ᐟ I don't even know you. ❜ ⠀

⠀ ⠀ A tired sigh escaped her lips as she glanced back at the mechanism behind her briefly. How many others back at headquarters had told her the same thing, she wondered. And being told again by a stranger no less .. ⠀ ❛ Easier said than done, don't you think .ᐣ ❜ ⠀

⠀ ⠀ ❛ Ah, well ... there's no leader for the Restoration, really. Just a decently sized group who really look up to Sonic and what he stands for. We all want to help in some way, so that's how it was formed. ⠀ I don't think I'd be able to be leader of so many people. ❜ ⠀
